True Vine Baptist Church is excited to launch our “Giving Back to Uganda” Donation Drive as part of our True Vine Cares ministry initiative on June 13th, 2026 11:00am-1pm. We believe God has called us to be His hands and feet, extending love, compassion, and hope beyond our walls and across the world. Through this effort, we have the opportunity to bless children and families in Uganda with essential items while sharing the love of Jesus Christ.

As 2 Corinthians 9:11 reminds us, “You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion.” We invite our church family, friends, and community partners to join us in making a lasting impact. Thanking each of you in advance and may God bless!!!

Join us and drop off donations Saturday, June 13th between 11-1.

Faithful Friday

“Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:3 (NIV)

Many of us are trying to find certainty in this world that feels so unstable. Questions can keep us up at night and cause continuous, low-grade anxiety. Too often, we go to others first — online “experts,” friends, even pastors — instead of God. Scripture instructs us to seek wise counsel, yet it's also clear that the most “Wonderful Counselor” is God Himself (Isaiah 9:6 (NIV). Thanks be to God. He is ready and willing to speak to us when we come to Him. When we don’t, we miss out on a beautiful gift He offers each of us who calls Him Lord: the ability to hear His voice.

God, thank You for Your promise to speak to each one of us who calls You Lord. When we’re tempted to trade this for a quick answer, help us remember the priceless gift we have in You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Thankful Thursday

“And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it,’ when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.” Isaiah 30:21 (ESV)

Today’s key verse from Isaiah is a quiet reminder that God doesn’t just throw us into life and expect us to figure it out on our own. He’s a God who speaks and guides. And sometimes His voice is not the loud command from the sky we imagine. It’s more like a gentle whisper behind us, pointing out His better way when we’re about to veer off course. You only need to keep your ears open and your heart soft enough to hear Him. Because the God who promises to guide you is also the God who walks with you. And that makes all the difference.

Lord, thank You for never leaving me to figure out life on my own but instead gently guiding me with Your voice. Quiet the noise in my heart so I can hear You whisper, “This is the way.” Help me trust You with the next step, even when I can’t see the whole path. I will walk with You in faith and peace. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Worship Wednesday

“But the LORD replied, ‘Is it right for you to be angry?’” Jonah 4:4 (NIV)

God’s heart is pent up with not judgment but mercy. And He calls those who have received mercy to extend it. When we persist in gavel-pounding contempt, God often holds up a mirror. Perhaps your anger and judgment feel justified against people who truly have done evil. Or maybe, like mine, your “Ninevites” aren’t quite so wicked. My threshold for contempt can be embarrassingly low. That day at the mirror, God showed me my sneering judgment and asked the same question He asked Jonah: Is it right for you to be angry? It wasn’t. My contempt was deeply wrong, and I asked God to forgive me.

Lord, I confess that I’m often kinda judgy. Break my heart, and make me merciful like You. In Jesus (https://www.crosswalk.com/who-is-jesus.html)’ Name, Amen.

Thoughtful Tuesday

“For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.” Revelation 12:10 (NIV)

Satan will be defeated. In the here and now, we do not have to side with him by living defeated by his claims.
Rather, we can side with Christ and live free from condemnation (Romans 8:1 ). In Christ, freedom, boldness, and victory are ours! We do not need to hold on to false guilt and defeat. If the enemy can bury us in self-condemnation and false guilt, then he is stealing years from the beauty of our calling. But when we grasp grace and embrace the freedom God offers, we silence the enemy’s hiss about how we've missed the mark.

Father, because of Jesus , I am righteous in Your eyes. Please help me discern when Satan flings false guilt or accusations at me, and give me the courage to rebuke them. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
