Be Ministries Additionally, we collaborate with other ministries to train church leaders.

We work alongside healthcare professionals from Honduras and the USA to provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy for special needs children in rural Honduras. Additionally, we collaborate with other ministries to train church leaders and pastors. Future goals include a special needs camp on ministry property where special needs children and their parents can have fun together, escape day-to-day activities, and realize the potential of their child.

I didn’t get many photos of the guys working today because I was busy doing all of the May financial reports. 📊💻

But even the small projects can make a big difference! The team lowered the switch for these special dining hall lights, making them much easier to use, and they also hung one of our large bug zappers. 💡🦟 They installed some exterior lighting at Ben and Rosy’s and did a finished up the dryer connection.

Every improvement helps make our facilities more functional and welcoming for the groups, missionaries, and guests who spend time here. We’re grateful for the many hands helping move these projects forward! 🙌🏻🏕️

Some ministries take their volunteers and teams to Valle de Ángeles to shop for souvenirs or to go sight-seeing. Nick and Bob, however, chose a different kind of adventure—they wanted to visit Larach, a hardware store in Tegucigalpa.

With Nick’s guidance, we picked up some really neat lighting fixtures, electrical supplies, and a dryer receptacle for one of our projects.

While looking around, I spotted a digital clamp meter in the display case and immediately knew what it was and what it is used for. That may not sound like much to an electrician or maintenance worker, but for me it was a real boost of confidence. Little by little, and project by project, I am learning and more importantly becoming more comfortable with things that once felt very intimidating. 😊🔌💡

Assessed the existing electrical wiring in the team dorm, installed a new exterior outlet to provide power for the tent ministry area, added dedicated outlets for the washer and dryer, and replaced bathroom light switches. Very productive day!!! ⚡️🙌

Eventually, we’d love to make it a little more cozy and “bougie” by adding cute cushions like the Pinterest inspiration that gave us this idea.

We also have 5 rustic benches that can be added for larger groups and camp gatherings.

We are incredibly thankful to have Nick and Bob here serving alongside us as they work on several important electrical projects across the ministry campus. Their work will help improve missionary housing, dorm facilities, and provide future electrical connections to support worship services under a large tent during camps and outreach events. We are grateful for hearts willing to serve and use their skills to strengthen ministry in Honduras. 🇭🇳⚡⛺️

Nick has contributed significantly to our electrical infrastructure in the past. We reached out and explained we had several important projects and he agreed to return. Please pray for a productive and blessed week.
