A detailed answer to every argument for abortion is beyond the scope of our “Fearfully & Wonderfully Made” exhibit and book, but brief responses are given to some of them to provide a proper perspective and illustrate how most of them distract from the real issue: The baby in the womb is a human being made in God’s image (Genesis 1:26), and the Lord hates the shedding of innocent blood (Proverbs 6:16–17).

There is none other and yet people pray to Mary, or some other "Saint" when God's word was spoken only Jesus Christ. You want your prayers answer then go to the one who will hear your prayer and take it to the Father.

Jesus knew this when He told the parable of the sower.

The same seed fell on different types of ground, producing wildly different results.
The seed was perfect—it was the soil that determined the harvest.

The question isn't whether God's truth is powerful enough to change us—it's whether our hearts are prepared to receive it.
