When we don't fully trust God, our hope in Jesus is weakened. Relying on human strength and philosophies leaves us vulnerable, like wielding cardboard weapons. True power comes from divine wisdom, not worldly wisdom.

Sunday Recap ✨

Yesterday, Pastor Micah concluded our sermon series, The Vitals of a Disciple, with a powerful message from Ephesians 6:10–18. We were reminded that as followers of Christ, we are called to stand firm in God’s strength and put on the full armor of God as we face the challenges of daily life.

We also shared in Communion together, reflecting on Christ’s sacrifice and celebrating the hope we have through Him.

Looking ahead, we invite you to join us next Sunday as we celebrate Father’s Day! We’ll honor the men in our lives, and each man in attendance will receive a plate of delicious smoked meat.

Adult Small Groups begin at 9:30 AM, and worship starts at 10:30 AM. We would love to worship with you!

What a wonderful Sunday together! We were honored to welcome our General Superintendent, Dr. Carla Sunberg, who shared a powerful message from Mark 4. She reminded us that God’s Kingdom often begins with small, seemingly insignificant seeds, but through His power, those small beginnings can produce incredible results.

As we reflect on today’s message, may we be encouraged to remain faithful in the small things, trusting God to bring growth and fruit in His perfect timing.

We also want to remind everyone that Kentucky District Assembly is taking place this week at the Sloan Convention Center. Please be praying for our district leaders, pastors, churches, and all who will be participating throughout the week.

Looking ahead, next Sunday will be Communion Sunday. We invite you to join us as we gather around the Lord’s Table and remember Christ’s sacrifice together.

What a great day in God’s house!

Today, Pastor Micah continued our sermon series, “The Vitals of a Disciple,” with a message titled “Nourished by Scripture” from Romans 15:4-6. We were reminded that God’s Word is more than just information—it is our source of encouragement, hope, wisdom, and spiritual nourishment. As we spend time in Scripture, God shapes our hearts, strengthens our faith, and helps us live in unity with one another as followers of Christ.
