School nutrition is changing its schedule for the month of July. Buses will be at the usual locations on Mondays only in July—Monday, July 8 and Monday, July 15–for parents to pick up meals for 5 days at a time. Pickup at the school is still available. Meals will not be served July 1-5.

BAUCM will reopen Thursday, January 4 at 190 Grammar School Road at 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Volunteers are always needed.

Meeting Reminder
BAUCM is hosting a community event Tuesday, October 24 at 6:30 PM at the Service Center on 190 Grammar School Road. Bret Hart, principal of the GOAL program will share possible educational opportunities for BAUCM in the Bowdon Community. Additionally, discussions about the Christmas Ministry effort will be reviewed and additional planning related to Christmas discussed. Applications for Christmas assistance are available at BAUCM during hours of operation and have been sent home with support of the elementary and middle schools.
Change in Hours of Operation
BAUCM hours or operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Service Center is closed on Wednesdays and Fridays. Any clients needing financial support must come for interviews on either Monday or Thursday. Clients needing this level of support must have picture ID, update and/or complete an intake form and have a copy of rental agreement and/or bills for which they request support.
Clients needing food boxes must present picture identification at a minimum showing they reside in the Bowdon School Attendance area.

BAUCM is working with 80 families with food, gifts, and clothing this December. We are still receiving requests for help from the Bowdon Area. There are several other friends and groups doing the same. If you are working with a group of friends or business helping families in the Bowdon Area could you contact us so we might refer folks who are coming in this week that we can’t work in this late? Thoughts? Ideas? Our distribution day is Saturday Dec 17.
