This is just a gentle reminder that we well be celebrating Pastor's Appreciation on October 18th at 10:30 AM. We will also be taking up a special offering for Pastor Russell & Mrs. Tonya. Let's prepare our hearts to give and bless their socks off this year! We will also be having dinner on the grounds, so please bring a covered dish and/or a dessert and a 2 liter drink.

For 13 years, they have faithfully served and been a tremendous blessing to the members, friends and families of Arise Church. Please join us in praying for Dennis and Sharline Rivers and family as they mourn the loss of her precious sister, Audrey Jones. We ask that you lift them up in prayer and pray that God’s strength, peace, comfort, and loving presence will surround them in the days ahead.

We will share arrangements as soon as they are announced.

Also, please remember Mr. Dennis’ family in your prayers as they grieve the loss of his sweet niece. We pray that the Lord will minister to their hearts and carry them through this difficult season as well.

As a church family, let’s reach out and let them know how much they are loved, appreciated, and being covered in prayer. A simple call, text, card, or message can be such an encouragement during a time of loss.

Let’s lift Dennis, Sharline and all of their family members up and surround them with our love, prayers and support. They are such a blessing to our church and we love them dearly. Please continue to pray that God will give them strength for each day, comfort for their hearts, and peace that only He can provide.

𝙏𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨 𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮

“I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭9‬:‭1‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Man, I am so incredibly thankful for my Jesus. I’m grateful for all He has brought me through and for the way He has transformed my life. There will never be enough words or enough time to fully praise Him for all He has done for me.

One thing I can do is tell others about Him. I can tell them what He’s done in my life. I can tell them that God is no respecter of persons and what He has done for me, He can do for them. I can tell them that He has never left me in the middle of life’s storms. I can tell them that He has been faithful through every season, every struggle, and every victory.

Sometimes the most powerful testimony is simply sharing what Jesus has done for you. Someone around you today may need the hope that only He can give.

So tell somebody about Jesus today. You never know how God might use your story to change a life.

Hey neighbors! As many of you know, the Arise Church Food Pantry is in full swing and we are truly enjoying this opportunity to serve our community!

As the number of neighbors we are serving continues to grow, we are making some adjustments to our pantry schedule to help us better manage our supplies and serve our community well.
