If you were unable to attend service yesterday morning, you truly missed out on a treat! During service our youth completely took over and not only did they show up, but they showed out. The spirit was high from start to finish and everyone got to let their talents shine. We were also blessed to hear a word from God from our very own Rev. Rhonda Wright where her topic was “Even in a Hard Place, God still shows up.” Always remember that even if your situation seems hard or like you haven’t been given the best circumstances, that God is still working in the midst and can use that very situation for your benefit! Those that spoke touched on Congressman John Lewis, Emmett Till, Darnell Hartwell, Phillip Simmons, Mayor Reggie Burgess, and John Brown.
