Sending Lab | Chipley, FL | Jan. 26, 2027

Sending Lab is a half-day Send Network of the North American Mission Board training for pastors and church leaders who want their church to take responsibility for planting a church.
It walks the Acts 13 model, helps each leader write a sending vision, and uses a working lunch to name potential planters already in the congregation and a next step for each.
The intended impact is a church that leaves with a vision, real names, and a 12-month step on the Church Pathway, connected to Send Network tools and field staff.

MOBILE, Ala. – Manor Baptist Church was as good as dead. The six remaining members voted to close and gave all the church’s money to charitable causes. The only thing left to do was chain the doors closed.

Pray 4 Holmes is a countywide prayer initiative sponsored by the Holmes Baptist Association, encouraging churches, families, and individual believers to unite in prayer for the spiritual and practical needs of Holmes County. During November 1–7, 2026, participating churches will focus on a different area of community life each day, seeking God's guidance, provision, protection, and spiritual renewal.

The purpose is not simply to organize seven days of prayer, but to encourage our churches to become more intentional about praying for and engaging the communities where God has placed them. Through prayer gatherings, community prayer walks, prayer stops, personal visits, and acts of kindness, churches can demonstrate the love of Christ while developing relationships that lead to ongoing ministry opportunities.

Fan the Flames - Night Two
Sandy Creek Baptist Church

After a few songs of pickin' and grinin' with Pastor Dale Paul (Pleasant Ridge) and company, Pastor Gary Watson of Sandy Creek preached a pertinent message to the church from Genesis 11:1-4 entitled 'Life Beyond The Walls' about the importance of reaching out into the church's community and the sin of complacency that often occurs when we become satisfied in ministry.
As always, the church family provided a beautiful spread of food for the evening meal prior to worship.
Thanks so much to West Bonifay and Sandy Creek for hosting this year's fall series of Renewal Services.

Fan the Flames - Night One.
West Bonifay Baptist Church hosted our first night of the Fall sessions of Fan the Flames Worship services.
A great time of music and the Word was presented prior to a great spread of finger foods for a sweet time of fellowship.
Pastor Al Leach preached from Habakkak 3 - A call to Revive the Church.
Session two will be tomorrow night at Sandy Creek Baptist Churvh. Dinner will be served at 6:15, with worship at 7:00. Pastor Gary Watson will be preaching and Pastor Dale Paul of Pleasant Ridge will be leading the music.
