Some pics from Rooted Kids yesterday morning. 🥰 we shared with these little men and women of God about the recent mission trip to Colombia and the children there.

We learned about Lot in S***m for our lesson, from Genesis 18&19 and how the Lord always has a plan of deliverance for his children. We got to dance, we had a talent show 💥 and snack.

VBS 2025 has come to a close but we know memories were made for a lifetime. Most importantly, we learned about where true power comes from: Jesus. We had over 50 children this week and raised over $400 for children in Colombia. I would like to say thanks to all the parents, volunteers and our church for their investment in VBS and the kingdom this week. This is an eternal reward.

THE SWORD OF THE LORD AND OF GIDEON

Night 2 was a blast. The training of the next generation of heroes has them shouting, singing and dancing.

The trainees learned that before their newest and favorite hero, Glue Gun Gael, there was a mighty man of God named Gideon. But he didn't start as a mighty man of God. He learned that by trusting God he could give him victory not by Gideon's strength, but the wisdom and strength of God.

The good news is we still have 3 more nights of training. So we need all available 4-12 year olds. Tonight we will find out if one woman's obedience can save her people.

All children 4-12 are invited. We also have "Adult VBS" in the main building. You can wear your capes and be a superhero too. 😁😁😁 They will also be a Spanish service as well.

Well night one of Heroes in Training is in the books. The good news is there is still time to get your kids out to join the training.

Last night we learned how Joshua showed strength and courage in following the commandments of God as they entered into the promised land promising to be with us wherever we go. And we found the best place for Jesus to go with us in our heart.

“Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

Have your child join us from 6-8 and we learn what made Gideon a hero in Christ.

We are getting started tonight!!! So excited to get VBS 2025 underway.

We will have fun. We will dance. We will have games. We will have crafts.

But most important is all, we will learn what it takes to be heroes in faith and where that strength comes from,. JESUS!!!

IT'S GONNA BE A HOLY GHOST POWERFUL TIME!!!

Tonight we were able to take the Rooted in Christ kids to Grandview Assisted Living Facility and Bonifay Nursing d Rehab Center and sing some Christmas carols and spread some Christmas cheer. Thanks to both places for allowing us to visit.

Hey everyone! Yesterday morning in rooted kids, Mr Tyler taught on Jesus raising Jairus’ daughter! The kids were a blast and were able to tell us back the story/answer any question about the story when we asked! 🙌🏼 we ended with a quick snack, some dance battles, and a team race with the bouncer balls!
The kids love to see who “wins” in bringing offering in haha. Boys won yesterday with offering and girls team won the team race! We love you all 🫶🏼
