We had a great workday at Caplinger Mills Baptist Church.
We had 19 people total that came by the church. Churches represented were Caplinger Mills, Wellspring Baptist Fellowship, Mt Olive, FBC Fair Play, and FBC Bolivar.
We put in the floor joist, all the decking and ramp, and installed the handrails and skirting. Pressure washing the concrete sidewalk in the back was also done.
The next step is the concrete sidewalk and a concrete landing at the end of the ramp along with steps coming out the front of the deck to the new sidewalk.
We are waiting for the new front doors to come in and we still have the new cover over the front doors to build. After that, new gravel in the parking area.
The ladies of the church provided a wonderful lunch, and they also gave the church a deep cleaning on the inside.
People are just stopping by to see what is going on, and many don’t go to church anywhere. I told them that God was sending prospects right to their front door.
