It’s been a busy day but good day in Mid Lakes Baptist Association churches.
This morning I was blessed to preach at the church I pastor, Mt Olive Baptist Church. What an amazing group of people. Pray for our piano player, she broke a bone in her foot and could not be there, so I played and preached.

Then I drove to Caplinger Mills Baptist Church where I was blessed to play the piano and preach for them and then led them in observing the Lord’s Supper.

Following that service, I drove back to the association office where I met with the camp committee. We are truly blessed to have such a hard working committed group to lead our camp ministry. They all deserve a Gold ⭐️ and an A+.

Then at 4 pm I attended the welcoming fellowship for Bro. Jacob Conner at FBC, Bolivar. What a great turnout and the room was full of excitement for the future under Bro. Jacob’s leadership.

Then I visited with Berean Baptist for their End of Summer Picnic. Great fellowship and burgers, and then to top the day off, I stopping by Heritage Baptist and arrived in time to watch their leadership pray over the kids in their church who will return to school this week. What.a blessing. This was their back to school party.

Overall, a blessed day where God’s church is being the church, each with their own assignments, personalities and abilities.

Philippians 1:27: "Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ... that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel."

I am blessed to serve such a wonderful association.
