The Shepherd's Place at FBC Boaz Director: Carolyn Ledbetter We welcome your family to the ministry of our weekday program. Classes are offered for children ages 1 - 4th grade. 8 am - Noon.

It is very important to us that we provide a safe, happy place for your child to grow and learn. It is equally important for us to provide an academic atmosphere that honors God and by love serves the children and families with whom we are blessed. Cost varies according to the age of your child and number of days attending The Shepherds Place. We now offer Afternoon Enrichment@ The Shepherd's Plac

e, Noon - 5:15 pm for current students of The Shepherds Place. Cost for AE is $12/day for children registered for three or more afternoons a week. $20/day for those registered for one or two days/week. Please call the Weekday office at 256-593-5262 for more details.

VBS 2026 is fast approaching!
This year’s theme is Lifeway’s “Illumination Station”- Shining a Light on who Jesus is!
We are so excited to be hosting Vacation Bible School from
June 1st - 5th for children ages PreK4 - 6th grade from 9:00am - 12:30pm each day.
As always, VBS is a free event! Come enjoy Bible Study, games, crafts, recreation, science experiments and snacks with us! We can’t wait to see you!

What an amazing school year we have had at The Shepherd's Place. Every day has been a blessing. Thank you for sharing your children, your prayers, your love. Thank you for packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child, for sending countless jars of peanut butter and jelly for Marshall Christian Services, and for donating $2224.62 in baby bottles for Real Life Ministries. May you have a wonderful summer with your family. We look forward to seeing you at orientation on August 18, 2026, in the church sanctuary at 6:00 P. M. Our first day of school for the fall semester will be Wednesday, August 19.

Thank you, Shepherd's Place Families, for your kind and generous participation in our Baby Bottle and Peanut Butter and Jelly ministries to the needy in our community. As always, you have gone above and beyond. May you be blessed by your giving and may your children continue to grow and learn what a blessing it is to share. I would like to remind you that our school will be closed on Good Friday, April 3. Spring pictures will be taken April 14 and April 15. Your child's teacher will let you know which date their class is scheduled. May you have a blessed Easter with your family.
