Tonight, moms from all different seasons gathered together. 💐 We shared stories, encouraged one another, opened up, shed a few tears, and laughed a few laughs.

Then we made our own bouquets with all different kinds of flowers. Looking at our picture, I’m reminded of those bouquets. We are all different and beautiful in our own way, but when we come together, we bring out each other’s beauty through love and encouragement. ❤️

GOOD COMPANY-BE INTERRUPTIBLE

What if the interruptions in our busy day aren’t really interruptions at all? Sometimes, the moments we didn’t plan become the moments that matter most.

Join us September 3 at 6 p.m. as we talk about being interruptible, prioritizing relationships, and recognizing the people God places in our lives.

Our “Mom Life Made Simple” is to make two friendship flower bouquets: one to encourage a friend and one to take home as a reminder to pause and embrace life’s interruptions.

Love this! Too often parents feel that if their kiddos aren't constantly busy or being entertained that they are failing them. It's okay to let the kids just be kids and use their imagination.

To me, there is nothing better than the sounds of my daughter playing with her dolls and creating entire story lines with her own dialogue!

There is so much power with their imagination and creation! ♥

LOTS OF PRAYERS FOR BACK TO SCHOOL! 🙏

Let us pray for all the students, teachers, staff, bus drivers, custodians, food services, and all the other individuals that work hard all year long to educate and keep our students safe!

Let us also pray for those who are being homeschooled, learning online, going to college and attending one of our local preschool/daycare programs.

May God be with our children as they go through their day and protect them as they travel to and from school. May God bless our schools and provide patience, wisdom, and understanding to our many, dedicated teachers and aides.

May God also be with the parents and caregivers as they tend to their children throughout the school year. With the school year comes after-school programs, extracurriculars, sports schedules, dance schedules, playdates, field trips, and LOTS OF HOMEWORK.

I just wanted to make a post about what happened tonight. Many of our moms were present at the Norwell-LifeWise Worship Night during the storm. We were hoping that the weather would pass over us, but unfortunately, we got caught in the middle.

It was a tad bit scary.

Within minutes, we were soaking wet and running to the closest shelter. People were scared, children were crying, and everyone was worried about how long the weather would last.

Finally, it calmed down and we were able to head to our vehicles and go home. It was sadly not possible to continue on with the worship as the aftermath included lots of lawn chairs blown about, people scrambling to locate their personal items and an abundance of cleanup throughout the area.

But here’s the important part: during this entire incident, us moms stayed as close as we could and made sure each other’s kids were taken care of. At that moment, we became united and were only focused on keeping each other safe.

Following this, multiple texts and calls were made to ensure we all made it home safely and to check that everyone was okay. Our concern for one another went beyond the park and that just goes to show how strong our MOMCo Village has become! ♥️

I want to thank LifeWise Norwell IN for all the hard work they put into this Worship night. The Worship Band was filled with talent, the speakers were inspiring, the staff was helpful and the vendors provided great food. I just know that the second half of the night would have been just as wonderful! I really hope that our community gets another opportunity for more LifeWise Worship events!

The moral of the story: even when a storm hits or hard times happen, us mamas will always take care of one another and protect our Village at all costs! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
