This past weekend, kids took another step on our Discipleship Pathway by learning that following Jesus means serving others and sharing His good news!

Lydia listened to God's message, believed it, and opened her home to help others learn about Jesus. She didn't just hear the good news—she shared it!

🏠 This Week at Home: Talk with your child about someone they know who may need encouragement. Help them write a note, make a drawing, or say a kind word that shows God's love!

This past weekend, kids learned about Lydia in Acts 16:6-15 and discovered that when God opens doors, we can share the good news with others!

Throughout the month, we've been learning that Jesus came to serve others, and this week we saw how God used Lydia to help spread His message and care for others.

🏠Ask your child: "Who is one person you can share the good news with this week?" Then pray together for that person and look for a simple way to encourage them!

This week’s Bible story connected perfectly with our Discipleship Pathway as kids learned that God accepts all people through Jesus! In Acts 10, the Holy Spirit spoke to Cornelius and Peter, showing them that God’s love and Jesus’ salvation are for everyone! 💙🙌

Parents, continue the pathway at home this week by:
✨ Praying together and asking the Holy Spirit to help your family love others like Jesus
✨ Talking about how God welcomes everyone into His family through Jesus
✨ Looking for ways to include and encourage others this week

💛 Weekend Review Time! This past weekend, our Mission Kids learned from Acts 10:1–8 & 11:1–18 that EVERYONE is welcome to follow Jesus. Through the story of Cornelius and Peter, kids discovered that we can love like Jesus does! 🙌

🏡 Parent Challenge: Ask your child who they can show kindness and love to this week—even someone new or different from them. Let’s practice loving others the way Jesus loves us! ✨
