Boom Move‑It is one of my favorite formats because it’s designed for real people with real bodies and real schedules. It’s low‑impact, easy to follow, and built around functional movement — the kind that helps you feel better in everyday life.

No jumping.
No pressure to “keep up.”

Just simple, standing cardio that wakes up your muscles, boosts your mood, and gets your heart moving in a safe, steady way.

Step taps to warm up the legs

Knee lifts for core strength

Arm sweeps to open the shoulders

Side steps to build rhythm and confidence

If you’re starting fresh, coming back after a break, or just trying to feel better in your own skin, Boom Move‑It is the perfect place to begin. It meets you exactly where you are and helps you build from there.

🚨🚨CHANGE OF DATE!!🚨🚨
If you registered your child for next school year, you received a paper with important dates! Our parent orientation meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, August 25th at 7:15pm. We are moving the meeting to Tuesday, August 18th at 7:15pm. River Valley School District recently announced August 25th as their first day of school. We don’t want to overwhelm families with all the paperwork that comes home the first day school & then have to attend a meeting that evening. We have several families that this will affect. PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR for the new date!!

Our VBS was a wonderful success, and it’s all thanks to our incredible volunteers!

From our teachers, cooks, game coordinator, craft leaders, registration helpers, decorators, music leaders, and everyone who gave their time and talents—we simply couldn’t have done it without you. Your love, dedication, and servant hearts made this week so special for every child who walked through our doors.

Power is never measured by numbers, but by heart. I find it beautifully fitting that Jesus had 12 disciples, and by the end of our VBS week, we had 12 students. It was a wonderful reminder that God doesn’t measure success by the size of the crowd, but by faithful hearts willing to serve Him.

Thank you to everyone who prayed, donated, volunteered, and encouraged us throughout the week. We are truly blessed by this church family, and we give God all the glory for an amazing VBS!
