Under Bryan Spicer's leadership the Church grew rapidly having to move to a larger facility 3 times in the first 10 years. In 2010, again due to out growing its previous facility, Bay State Baptist Church moved to its current location in Billerica. The Church has a high-energy style of contemporary worship. The band blends modern praise songs with traditional Hymns engaging people from all stages

of life in the worship experience. Bryan Spicer has a standup comedy style of preaching. He offers a fresh perspective on the Bible that is relevant to everyday life. Pastor Spicer describes the Church as diverse, growing community of caring people.
