We are pleased to announce that Meet the Mormons will be showing for one week at the Cinemagic Theater (11 Executive Park Drive, Merrimack, NH) beginning this Friday, 10/24.
We would like as many Nashua Stake members and their guests as possible to have the opportunity to see this inspiring movie. As such, the Nashua Stake has purchased a theater with approximately 140 seats for a Saturday, 10/25 matinee showing at 4:30 pm.
These tickets are free while supplies last for Stake members, but donations from those who want to contribute will be accepted at the door. We ask that Stake members who have already seen the movie allow others who have not seen it yet to use these Stake-sponsored tickets, unless they bring a non-member guest.

We will distribute tickets in the lobby of the theater where a table will be set up the day of the show. For those unable to attend the Saturday theater buy-out, the movie will be shown during the week at regular ticket prices.

Background:
Meet the Mormons is an entertaining and uplifting film that examines the diverse lives of members of our church living around the world. Each story paints a rich and unique picture of common people and how faith has affected their lives in inspiring ways. It is not intended to proselytize, nor will our missionaries be manning theaters. Meet the Mormons simply explains who we are and what we believe. All profits from the film will go to the American Red Cross.
In a recent training session held for all stake presidents in the North America area, Elder Holland indicated that though the movie was originally intended only for viewing in the Legacy Theater on Temple Square, the response from non-members was so overwhelmingly positive, Church leaders decided to distribute the film nationally.

We encourage you to see the film. We want to create positive momentum and to help future releases for home viewing on Netflix & Hulu. Meet the Mormons would be a wonderful Family Home Evening activity, or something to invite your friends to watch as well.
