Sometimes everything pauses in the midst of the journey and God intervenes in His extraordinary way. I am often entrusted with several things to recall during a trip without donors realizing the magnitude of remembering. I heavily rely on my spirit to remind me and also to select the little girl. Upon serving the children, a particular dress set came to my mind. I looked at Bryan hoping that he recalled the dress. I asked him, the pink packaged dress with the pink hat and purse, do you know where it is located? Within seconds, he had it in his hands. He patiently held it as I scanned the class searching for the little girl. Soon I spotted her and smiled, I asked what size is she wearing, the teacher said, size 3. I looked at Bryan and he was smiling, I asked him what size is the dress, continuing to smile he said size 3. I have always told everyone not to rush giving things, many times the spirit will guide you to the one specific person that item is intended for. I have actually carried one doll for over a year, because of the special gift of losing her mother the following year after receiving the doll. It is not just that the gift was not intended for her to carry it to ease her grief over the death of her mother. The little girl had been to our event that year I received the doll, but unfortunately the doll didn’t arrive in time for the trip. I was sad when I came in to see the box of dolls waiting for us. The event that I passed her the doll. I had no idea her mother had passed away, but received the call a year later only to remember the doll. Needless to say, she received a doll that reminded her of her mommy. It is stories like these that I am grateful for God bringing full circle. I am just grateful that God allows us to be the middle part of so many blessings, answered prayers and those special ones that we may never forget or know the true reason why, just have to have faith and obedience in serving. I am humbled by the incredible ways God weaves our lives together, creating a beautiful tapestry of love, hope, and purpose. His divine intervention reminds me to trust in His perfect timing and guidance. As I reflect on these experiences, I am filled with gratitude and awe, knowing that I am not just a vessel, but a part of something much greater than myself.
