Well hello! If you were not at church last Sunday you may not be aware that this coming Sunday, (9/6) K-5 Kids Ministry is moving into our new home! Our new classrooms will be open and in full use! God has blessed our ministry greatly with this new addition and we can’t wait see how He uses these spaces to grow His kingdom! When you come to service at 10:30 please stop at the Kids Check in desk and then proceed to the new kids wing through the secure door behind the check in counter. We will have plenty of signage and volunteers to help direct you! Please enjoy a sneak peek of our K-1, 2nd-3rd and 4th-5th new learning spaces! See you soon!

We are growing God’s Kingdom by “Chalking About Jesus!” Our first two photos have been submitted by some excited artists! Great job to both of you for taking time share the butterfly gospel, which we learned at church today! We can’t wait to see more Jesus love!!!

Let’s get talking more about Jesus at home! This weekend, we will be handing out sidewalk chalk to our Kids Min families. Your job? Share Jesus on your driveway or other approved area (no public graffiti 😉) by telling the story of the gospel through chalk pictures! We had a fun morning of learning today! In K-5 we heard the story of the lost sheep, found in Luke 15:1-7. We focused on the question, “What is the way to God’s kingdom?” Classes worked to answer this with their small group leaders through discussion, activities and games! We will continue this series next week as we seek to answer, “How do we get into God’s kingdom?” In Pre-K today, we heard the story of the gospel! Then we celebrated Jesus’ love for us! Join us next Sunday at 10:30 for another fun morning of worship!

A day that involves water and glowing for Jesus is the BEST day of VBS! Day 5 was…well…wet! Thanks for a SUPER AWESOME VBS week everyone! Let’s do it again next year! And remember, Jesus is always with you!
