Church family,
We are asking for your help in caring for one another during this time of loss. The funeral service for Woody Brown Jr will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 7th, at the church, with a meal to follow at the Bergton Rec Center.
If you are able to provide a dish for the meal, it would be greatly appreciated and a true blessing to the family and all who attend. Please continue to keep the family in your prayers. Thank you for your love and support.

Woodrow Wilson Woody Brown, Jr., 79, of Bergton passed away January 3, 2026 at the Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg. He was born March 31, 1946 in Rockingham Co. and was the son of the late Woodrow W. Sr. and Eunice Pearl Whetzel Brown. Woody retired for VDOT. He
