Welcome to Three Timbers Church! We are so glad you found us online and encourage you to explore all there is to learn about our church - located in beautiful Bennington, Nebraska. When you come to Three Timbers, you can come as you are to experience the love of Jesus through the people of God. Our goal is to share the passion, power, and presence of Jesus with others. We believe in supporting families through service, education, and loving one another as Jesus loves us, unconditionally. Our worship style is relational, relating to God through Christ centered worship and relating to each other through God honoring fellowship. We invite you to join us for worship so we can welcome you personally.

Changing Seasons, Unchanging God

The leaves change, the world changes, and life changes—but thankfully, God's love never does!

Fall reminds us how beautiful change can be as we watch the leaves transform into brilliant colors. But while some changes are beautiful, others can leave us longing for something familiar and dependable. The good news? God never changes! The Bible reminds us that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. No matter what changes in our lives or in the world around us, we can always count on His unfailing love. 🍂❤️

Don't Give Up—God Will Show Up | Elijah and Mental Health

Have you ever reached the point where you felt like you just couldn't take anymore? Even Elijah, a powerful prophet of God, experienced exhaustion, fear, loneliness, and despair. But when Elijah cried out to God, God showed up!

In 1 Kings 19, we see Elijah at his breaking point. Overwhelmed by fear and exhaustion, he wanted to give up. But God met him where he was, providing rest, nourishment, a gentle whisper, and a renewed purpose. Through Elijah's story, we learn that God brings restoration when we're struggling, communicates with us even in our darkest moments, and reminds us that our lives still have purpose. Mental health struggles aren't a sign of weak faith, and God can work through licensed mental health counselors and prescribed medication. No matter what you're facing, don't give up—God isn't done with you yet!

Trunk or Treat is about more than candy, costumes, and fun—it's about being the church! At Three Timbers Church, we believe we're called to do more than attend a service. We're called to serve our community, build relationships, and make a difference right where God has placed us. As Scripture reminds us, when our community prospers, we prosper.
