🌶️ FAMILY FAVORITES: JUDY LITTY’S JALAPEÑO PIE 🧀
Looking for the ultimate crowd-pleasing holiday appetizer or a quick savory breakfast? This legendary crustless Jalapeño Pie is cheesy, zesty, and takes only 3 ingredients!
⏱️ Prep & Cook Time: 30 minutes
✨ Difficulty: Super Easy
INGREDIENTS:
▪️ Jalapeño pepper slices (jarred or fresh)
▪️ 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
▪️ 6 large eggs (plus a pinch of salt)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1️⃣ Grease a cake or pie pan.
2️⃣ Layer the bottom of the pan completely with your jalapeño slices. (Pro-tip: If you don't like too much heat, rinse the peppers first to remove the seeds!)
3️⃣ Sprinkle a whole pound of grated cheddar cheese right over the top.
4️⃣ Beat your eggs with a small pinch of salt, then pour them evenly over the cheese.
5️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Let it cool down for a few minutes, slice it up into tiny squares, and watch it disappear! 😋👇
👉 Planning for a massive party crowd? Just triple or quadruple the ingredients and bake it in a 9x13 dish or a jelly-roll pan!

Thank you member Kay Bass for sharing this yummy recipe.
