FPC Bellevue was well represented at the John Knox Presbytery meeting today. It was an extra joy to celebrate and hear the story of Bread of Life Presbyterian Church, Dubuque. The Holy Spirit is alive and well in Eastern Iowa! 🕊️ 🔥

’Twas the night before Presbytery, and all through the church,
Every table was ready, each chair in its perch.
The nametags were waiting, the placemats laid with care,
In hopes that John Knox soon would be there.

The coffee will brew and the fellowship flow,
With worship and business and friends we all know.
So tonight we say welcome before you arrive—
We’re grateful for all who make Presbytery thrive!
