So Fusion Youth's first fundraising dinner was a success. Thank you to everyone who came or donated. Thank you to all the youth. Thank you to pastor and Melissa for babysitting. And to Annette and Gerardo for helping in the kitchen. And to Angela Sparks for donating the the desserts. Everything ran smoothly and on time. The "couples" enjoyed themselves as did me and Allie. Can't wait for the next one.

I had a good time at ignite for what little bit I was there for but the kids seemed to really enjoy it and that's what really matters. We have a big week this week and we are going to need some help. We still have a lot of unsold tickets for the couples dinner on Friday so please if you and interested message me. I would like to get the kids to the church on Wednesday to collect any money and to go over the plan for Friday so if the parents can get ahold of me or Allie and let me know if that will work. The dinner will be at 6 on Friday and then youth service at 6 on Saturday. Looking forward to it all. :)

So it's official no youth on Saturday. Pastor Mac and my wife will be taking the kids to Ignite in Bosque Farms Saturday morning. I will be meeting up with them after work. However we will kick off our music series next week. We will be going through some christian songs and breaking them down and seeing what we can learn from them starting with "proof of your love" by For King and country.

We had a great service last night here at fusion. I'm happy those who made it came and I hope to see more students in the coming week. Next Saturday Ignite is happening so fusion is kind of up in the air but we will keep you posted.
