Sunshine Church Our vision is to share the peace and love of Jesus Christ with the world around us. We want you to know that you don’t have to walk through this life alone.

At Sunshine Church you can expect verse by verse Bible teaching designed to help you apply principles from God’s word to your everyday life. We are disciples of Jesus Christ who desire to share His peace and love with those around us. We are sinners who have been saved by the grace of God through a relationship with Jesus. We are just flawed people who desire to grow closer to our Lord and Savior

each day. You don’t have to have it all together to join us; in fact if you’re a little messed up, you’ll fit right in. We look forward to meeting you!

Ever judged a meal just by how it looks on the plate? It’s easy to assume the food is delicious because the presentation is perfect, but that doesn't mean it actually tastes good.

This same logic applies to teachings. It’s a common trap to mistake a charismatic delivery or a polished presentation for truth, but substance isn't always found on the surface. Drawing from the warnings about religious leaders in Mark 12, this insight serves as a reminder to look past the ribs and mashed potatoes of a presentation and taste the actual content before deciding if it holds any real value. Sometimes, what looks and smells the best isn't what nourishes the soul.
