🙏🏽 Pray for Peace Across Greater Baton Rouge!

Join the Interfaith Federation of Greater Baton Rouge for our Moveable Pray-for-Peace Vigil on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 2–4 PM.

Visit one or more prayer sites, pray in your own tradition, and unite with others across our community for peace. At 3 PM, everyone is invited to sing or pray, “Let There Be Peace on Earth.”

Another summer of Holy Grill Kids Summer Camp is in the books! About 25 kids enjoyed reading, arts & crafts, learning and playing percussion instruments, and playing games. Special thanks to Ms. Kim, Ms. Lusinda, Ms. Ava, Ms. Tammy, Ms. Diane, Ms. Monica, and Pastor Leslie and her family for lending their talents to this kids camp.

Had a wonderful Thursday doing vision screenings at Holy Grill in conjunction with the Lakeshore Lions Club. About 60% of people screened require further evaluation to address vision issues many did not realize they had. Gave away some prizes, had lunch, and took the first step toward seeing things clearly. Thank you to the Lions Club, especially Scott and Bob, for their service.
