Bible Study Fellowship, Baton Rouge, LA, Evening Women's Class Our mission is global, in-depth Bible studies producing passionate commitment to Christ, His Word, and His Church.

Our vision is to magnify God and mature His people. The Bible Study Fellowship, Baton Rouge Evening Women's Class, serves women and school age children from 1-12 grade. We welcome those new to Bible study, as well as more experienced Bible students, from various church background or no church background. We meet Mondays, 6:40 PM-8:10 PM at Christ Covenant Church in Baton Rouge. This is not an offi

cial site of Bible Study Fellowship. This page was created and is
administered by volunteer leaders of this BSF class who want to make this class and
its blessings known to class members and non-members alike. While not a BSF sponsored

Here are 3 easy ways to get your lesson materials before your first class:

1. Download or update the MyBSF app! The Bible Study Fellowship app has a new name and a fresh new look: MyBSF. To access Romans content, you’ll need to update to the latest version, since new material won’t load in the older app. Head to the App Store or Google Play to download or update today.

2. Get free digital lessons! Just log into MyBSF, go to Lessons, and you’re ready to go.

3. Order your printed lesson book! Romans books can be ordered through the BSF Store.

While you’re in the app, don’t miss the new resources built just for this study, including Romans at a Glance and The Gospel Presented in Romans.

The gospel isn’t simply a truth to believe once—it’s the good news we return to again and again.

Romans shows us that our hope does not rest in our circumstances, our performance or our ability to hold everything together. It rests in what Jesus has already accomplished on our behalf.

Because of Him, our past no longer defines us, our present is held with purpose and our future is secure. The gospel meets us personally, reshaping the way we see God, ourselves and every part of our lives.

As a theologian and teaching pastor, Dr. Jonathan Pennington could have easily decided that he had learned all he could from the book of Romans.

But as he studied it once again this year, he found that this book had more surprises waiting for him. More than the deep theology and truths it conveyed, Dr. Pennington was surprised by the way that Romans searched his own heart. Paul’s letter encouraged him to return to the truths of the gospel and let them take root in his daily life.

In his letter to the Romans, Paul isn’t afraid to ask hard questions. In every chapter, he calls us to reconsider what it looks like to live out our faith.

And like the original readers, we can be challenged and encouraged by the book of Romans; it’s a rich resource for navigating life as a believer and all the complicated issues that come with it.

Throughout our study of Romans, we’ll be sharing weekly videos from Dr. Jonathan Pennington, a pastor and theologian. We’ll wrestle with some of Romans’ hardest questions - and discover the answers together.
