As part of our monthly visit to Lindside Healthcare Center, we planted flowers and celebrated Mrs Myrtle's 100th birthday today. A simple visit with cookies can brighten up a rainy day.

Sunday was youth Sunday. The youth took over the morning announcements and singing. They did a great job. It's never too early to step up and do things for the Lord.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who came out to support Dee and her family at today's event. The churches that contributed drinks, chips, buns and baked goods are also deserving of our gratitude. We appreciate Linda Fox's generous donation of slaw. Thank you to Ballard Fire Dept for the use of their station and Craig Gillespie for helping to set up. A big thank you to all the volunteers who helped make the event possible. Please continue to keep Dee in your prayers.
