Spirit Creek Baptist Church Historic Spirit Creek Baptist Church was established in 1800. We will work to become a congregation of the future, relevant, focused and spiritual.

Our vision is that we will become a Holy Spirit led congregation driven by our love for God as we seek to achieve our mission. Our primary goal will be to reach every household that God allows us to reach with the message of Jesus Christ. We will organize, train, develop and equip ourselves to achieve this goal.

Today as one of thee most iconic civil rights leaders, legendary orators, and dynamic preachers is laid to rest; we had to post one of thee most legendary photos captured in the 225 year history of thee historic Spirit Creek Baptist Church. God's Anointed New Generation Ministry hosted the first and only church trip to Broadway in 2006. It was The Color Purple Trip. It was the first and only time that we we took to the friendly skies for a church trip. Historic. But what made it even more historic than riding Delta and not a bus? Sharing said airplane ✈️ with none other than THEE REV. JESSE JACKSON. He was the epitome of gracious and accommodating. Pictured here is our very own beloved member and Usher Sis. Ann Lawson who was the only one besides member Carolyn Howard to get an individual picture with him!📸 This photo credit goes to Sis. Carolyn Howard.
