If you're planning your future right now — thinking about what course to follow in life — ask God for His direction. Say, "Lord, I want to be the person You want me to be. I want my relationships and my future to honor You. I want to be in the center of Your will. I don't want to go out there and blow it. Help me do Your will."

God's plans for you are better than anything you've ever planned for yourself.

God has given each of us certain abilities, talents, and resources. The question is: what are you doing with them? Are you using them for His glory? Are you offering your resources and your future to Him?

The apostle Paul wrote, "So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31, NLT). That covers pretty much everything, doesn't it?

His point is that bringing glory to God should be our highest priority. When you strive to do that in every area of your life, He can open doors, bring the right connections, and provide amazing opportunities.
I'm not saying you have to be a pastor or a missionary. Whether you're a doctor, an architect, a secretary, a computer programmer, a stay-at-home parent, a builder, a musician, a teacher, or a carpenter — serve the Lord in it, and do it for His glory. That's what matters. Your life can be a testimony for Jesus.

Keep this in mind too: our idea of what's important, profound, or impactful may be far different from God's. He may use us in ways that seem small compared to how He uses others. That's when we need to remember — we have an obstructed view. We can't see the big picture. We can't see how it all fits together.

So be faithful with what He's given you, prioritize His glory in everything you do, and trust Him to work through you in a way that's more impactful than you'll ever know.

Sometimes, the hardest ministry is not holding a microphone, standing behind a pulpit, or being in the spotlight. Sometimes, the hardest ministry is simply fixing a chair.

It is serving in the places where nobody notices.
It is cleaning when no one is watching.
It is arranging what others leave behind.
It is helping without expecting recognition.
It is doing the small things with a faithful heart.

The world may celebrate the person on the stage, but God also sees the person quietly serving in the background.

Never underestimate the ministry of small things.

You may never receive applause for what you do. You may never be recognized, thanked, or even noticed. But your service is not invisible to God.

Jesus taught us that faithfulness matters—even in the smallest things.

So serve when there is no microphone.
Serve when there is no spotlight.
Serve when there is no audience.
Serve when nobody says “thank you.”

Because true ministry is not about being seen by people—it is about being faithful before God.

Maybe today, your ministry is not preaching a sermon.
Maybe it is fixing a chair.
Maybe it is helping someone.
Maybe it is cleaning the church.
Maybe it is simply making a place ready for someone else to encounter God.

Whatever God has placed in your hands, do it with humility, love, and excellence.

The chair may be small.
The task may seem insignificant.
But a heart willing to serve is never insignificant in the eyes of God.

SERVE GOD EVEN WHEN NOBODY IS WATCHING.
Because the greatest reward is not human applause—it is knowing that you were faithful to Him. 🙏❤️
