I know I said “stay tuned next week……” but I just can’t wait! Damaged tiles have been removed, leveling compound has been applied, and the installation of new tile has begun!

What an exciting couple of weeks!! After 2 1/2 years of planning, estimates, and multiple votes we are moving forward with new flooring in the sanctuary. On July 19th we moved several pews and demolished the risers (originally intended for a choir), removed the vinyl base trim, moved the organ off its pedestal, and cleaned out the sacristy and storage closet. On July 26th we moved all of the pews out of the sanctuary, swept and mopped the floor, and put new furniture glides on the feet of all the pews. Stay tuned next week for pictures of the finished floor!!

Congratulations on the 30th Anniversary of your Ordination Rev. Dr. Robert Macina!! Our congregation is so blessed to have you and your family (wife Tracy, daughter Rebekah, and sons Mark and Daniel) here with us. We are thankful to God for providing our congregation with a faithful and loving shepherd. We had a wonderful celebration party and we hope you know how very loved and appreciated you are.

Please join us for Holy Week services! Services with Holy Communion will be Maundy Thursday (April 2), Good Friday (April 3), and Holy Saturday (April 4) at 7:00 p.m.

Easter Sunday services will be at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. with a potluck breakfast and egg hunt for the kids between the services.

Our kiddos had a really good time making Nativity Scene decorations in classes over the last few weeks - I think they turned out great!
