We missed everyone still at the fair, but we couldn’t pass up the chance to enjoy a beautiful evening before those colder nights start rolling in! So, S*F headed to Defiance for a night of putt-putt, go-karting, and even trying out some new skills on the virtual sports simulator!

And you never know what a youth group night might bring... the staff's mower had gotten stuck in the mud, so our guys put "Come Hear the Reason we're Inspired to Serve Together" into action and were able to pull it out of the mud as a team. We're thankful these young guys stepped up to help!

It was a great night of fun and friendly competition, and now we really can't wait to have everyone back with us over the next few weeks!

💙 10:30am Service of Praise and Worship on the East Lawn - bring your favorite lawn chair or blanket to sit on as we worship the Lord surrounded by the beauty of His creation

All are invited to stay for a delicious lunch in the gym after our outdoor worship. Come hungry - there will be plenty to eat!

Last night, we beat the heat 🥵 with a JYF pool party, hosted by one of our church families. The kids were too busy having fun and catching up that we didn’t get any pictures of them!

But, the night ended with the most picture-perfect sunset 🌅

As the adults supervised the fun, we had a humorous conversation about sunsets, of all things.

But then, as we were all driving home for the night, God showed us this beautiful picture in His sky as if to say, “I heard you and I was present with all of you tonight.”

It was such a beautiful reminder of His full presence in the fun and laugh-filled moments of life. It was as if we could feel Him smiling and laughing alongside us in a way only our Father can so perfectly communicate.

He’s always with us, forever present, and He fills our hearts with His love in the most creative ways 💛

Today was our last Boba, Board Games, and Bible Study Wednesday with these kids for the summer, and we’re definitely going to miss it! Every week seemed to bring more laughter, more conversations, and more reasons to be thankful for our time together.

This summer, we talked about the transformative power of Jesus, both through His earthly ministry and through the ways He continues to transform our own hearts and lives. We wrapped up our series today by answering faith questions the kids had submitted throughout the summer. Their questions were deep, thoughtful, and a beautiful reminder that God is at work in their hearts as they seek to know Him more.

Thanks to St. Martin's Lutheran Church for partnering on yet another event that brings kids together in faith beyond the walls of our churches. And a huge thank you to Healthy Spot Archbold for hosting us each week! 🫶🏻
