Please join us Tuesday, July 14, in the rectory basement for a presentation and
discussion on the Bible. Why does the Catholic Bible have more books than the Protestant Bible? Why do Catholics believe in Doctrines like the Immaculate Conception,
Purgatory, and Confession when they are not in the Bible? Who interprets Scripture for Catholics and how is that different from our Protestant brothers and sisters? What is the Catholic Church teaching on Sola Scriptura? Which Bible did Jesus and the Apostles use?
