Sadly, we were not able to release butterflies at our 30th year celebration at Church in the Park last Sunday. The event has been rescheduled for Sunday, September 20th, here at Alpena First United Methodist during the 9:45 am service. We will be getting MORE butterflies, so there is still time to order them. Join us as we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Church in the Park with a joyful outdoor service—and a breathtaking release of live butterflies at the Bandshell!

(** Please Note: In case of rain, the event will be moved to the church - 167 S Ripley Blvd, corner of Ripley & First**)

Each butterfly is $12, and only a limited number are available. Reserve yours soon and take part in this unforgettable celebration.

Gracious God,
you have called us to lead in your name.

Give us grace to love boldly,

and faith to lead courageously.

When we grow weary, renew us.

When we falter, lift us up.

May every act of leadership point back to you.

This event helps to raise awareness for mental health and su***de prevention while supporting the mission to provide education, resources, and hope throughout our region.
