Scripture, Prayer & Declaration

Read:
Luke 10:19 NKJV “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”

The authority of the believer is one of the wonderful privileges provided through righteous relationship with Jesus Christ. Victory is not something that has to be earned through personal strength or effort; it has already been secured through the finished work of Christ. Jesus has delegated authority to His followers, empowering them to stand confidently against the schemes and strategies of the enemy. This authority becomes effective in daily living as faith is exercised through believing, speaking, and acting upon God's Word. Rather than responding to opposition with fear or uncertainty, believers can respond with the assurance that Christ has already triumphed. The Word of God provides the foundation for resisting deception, overcoming discouragement, and standing firmly in faith. There is no need to surrender to circumstances that contradict God's promises. Through submission to God, confidence in His Word, and the power of the Holy Spirit, believers are equipped to walk in victory and fulfill their Kingdom assignments. Victory is not the destination of faith; it is the position from which faith operates!

Pray:
Father, thank You for the authority made available to your sons and daughters through Your Son. Thank You for equipping me and every believer with Your Word, strengthening faith, and providing the power of the Holy Spirit. May spiritual understanding produce boldness, wisdom, and corresponding action. Empower me to stand firmly against every strategy of the enemy and walk in the victory Christ has already secured. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Declare:
I am seated in authority with Jesus!
I live in authority over the power of the enemy!
I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might!
I refuse to surrender my mind to fear or my future to defeat!
I speak God's Word and exercise my faith!
I stand upon God’s promises!
I am more than a conqueror through Christ!
I stand in the victory Jesus has provided!
Jesus is Lord!

Colossians 3:1-2 NKJV “If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.”

Life looks different when viewed from the position God has provided in Jesus. Circumstances may appear overwhelming when attention remains fixed upon natural limitations, but faith offers a higher perspective through the promises of God's Word. Just as the landscape appears smaller when viewed from an airplane, life's challenges begin to take on a different appearance when viewed through the reality of seated authority. God's promises are greater than the opposition, His provision is greater than the need, and His power is greater than every strategy of the enemy. Being seated with Christ invites covenant believers to develop a mindset shaped by heavenly realities rather than earthly circumstances. As the mind becomes renewed through Scripture, fear gives way to confidence, discouragement gives way to expectation, and limitations give way to possibilities. The circumstances may not change immediately, but a renewed perspective positions the heart to believe, speak, and act in agreement with God's Word.

Pray:
Father God, You are my source, thank You for raising us together with Christ and providing a higher perspective through Your Word. Renew my mind and strengthen my ability to see beyond temporary circumstances. May every challenge that I face be viewed through the greatness of Your promises. Thank You for my faith that continually rises above fear and limitation. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Declare:
I am seated with Christ in heavenly places!
I view life through the promises of God's Word!
I refuse to magnify problems above God's power!
My mind is renewed!
My faith is strong in Christ!
My expectations are increasing!
I am positioned above defeat!
I am empowered to experience God's best!
Jesus is Lord!
