WHAT A NIGHT AT OUR VERY FIRST SURGE PRE-TEEN ZOOM! 🔥

Parents and families, we wanted to share a glimpse of the slides on what your pre-teens learned tonight!

This wasn’t just another Zoom meeting. The presence of God filled our time together as we talked about Identity in Christ and answered one powerful question:

“Who Told You That?”

Together we learned:
•How the enemy attacks identity because he fears destiny.
•Why the voices we listen to shape the way we think, live, and act.
•What God says about us according to His Word.
•That we are chosen, loved, valuable, strong, purposeful, forgiven, and accepted.
•How Gideon struggled with fear, yet God spoke to who he was becoming.
•That God’s love never changes even when our feelings do.

The engagement was incredible! 🙌

Our pre-teens filled the chat all night long with answers, questions, encouragement and declarations. They participated in games, joined our praise breaks, and encouraged one another.

One of the sweetest moments of the night was when your youth expressed that they were sad the Zoom was ending because they were having so much fun. ❤️

We watched young people boldly declare in the chat:
🔥 “God chose me.”
🔥 “God loves me.”
🔥 “God sees more in me.”
🔥 “God is still working on me.”

As leaders, our hearts are full! Tonight we saw hunger, excitement, engagement, and a generation beginning to discover who they are in Christ.

Thank you to every family who allowed your pre-teen to join us. This was only our first Zoom, and we already can’t wait for next week!

Hey! Youth and Families!

We are so excited to announce that we are launching our Surge Youth Evangelism Outreach, and we want YOU and your powerful youth to join us!

Once a month on a Saturday, we’ll be heading out to your favorite malls and parks to share the love of Jesus, pray for our generation, encourage people, and be a light in our city. We believe God is raising up young people who are not ashamed of the Gospel and are ready to make an impact wherever they go.

This will be a time of:

🔥 Sharing the love of Jesus
🔥 Praying over people and our city
🔥 Building boldness and confidence in Christ
🔥 Growing together as a family and community
🔥 Creating friendships and lasting memories
🔥 Learning that you are never too young for God to use you

We are believing for a generation that doesn’t just sit in the church, but becomes the church outside the four walls!
