The greatest takeaway from the LEAD Conference is what happens next.

"Thank you!" to everyone who showed up, leaned in, asked questions, and invested in your leadership! The real measure of what we learned from Dr. Tim Elmore won’t be what we remember from yesterday, but what we do with it today. So this , let’s take the wisdom he shared and put it into practice.

We’d love to hear what impacted you the most!

Wherever you are in your leadership journey, LEAD is an opportunity to take your next step. For the past several weeks, we’ve shared insights from fellow leaders in Otero County about why they continue to invest in their own growth. NOW IT IS YOUR TURN.

In less than a week, Dr. Tim Elmore will be at the LEAD Conference. Come with questions. Come with an open mind. Come ready to grow.
