Last night, we talked about how we're pushing our Water Wars event back a week. This is for a couple reasons:
1st - With the rain this week, and due to the forecasted temperatures, it just doesn't look like it'll be a great week weather wise. There won't be rain that day, but the ground will still be soaked, and it probably won't be above 80.
2nd - I (Ben) didn't communicate this even very well. I never made a social post, and I don't think it got announced during Sunday service. I'm sorry. I want this to be a fun event students feel like they can invite friends to, and I want as many friends as possible to come.
So, June 10th, at the church - 6-8pm. We'll have water balloon games, fights with sq**rt guns, and slip n' slide kickball! It's going to be a blast! Students, invite a friend! Parents, encourage your student to invite a friend! See you there!
