Christianity Explained is a 6-week course exploring who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him. Everyone is welcome, whether you are curious about Christianity, skeptical, or simply want to learn more. With so many religions, philosophies, and worldviews to choose from today, many have concluded, “All religions or beliefs lead to God. As long as you're sincere, it doesn’t matter what you believe. Just choose the path that works best for you.”

How does this perspective compare with Jesus’ claim to be the only way to God? Is His claim narrow-minded, offensive, or even true?

Last week, an average of 23 parents and children attended 5 nights of Family Camp. The children’s focus for the week was Emerald Crossing (next week we will share about the parenting workshops). Children in grades 5 and younger learned about Jesus through Psalm 23. The children played games, ate snacks, made crafts, and attended Bible lessons, while the adults attended parenting workshops. A lot of laughter was heard, and smiling faces were seen during the week. It was a great time of fun and learning for everyone.
Family Camp is part of our church’s initiative to reach our local community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Everyone who attended the camp heard the Good News.
Thank you to everyone who participated. We are grateful for everyone who attended, the volunteers who gave much of their time and energy, and all those who give to our church, which makes these events possible.

Join us for Family Camp July 27-31, 6:30-8:30pm

Emerald Crossing is a five-night, Irish-themed event for kids in grades 6 and younger.
Kids will learn about Jesus from the Bible, make crafts, enjoy a light snack, sing songs, and play fun games.
Each evening, two different parenting workshops will be offered. These relaxed, interactive sessions will explore a variety of parenting topics from a Biblical perspective.
