In the wake of the recent incident at St Joseph’s Church (Bukit Timah), we thank the authorities, parishioners, and faith and community leaders for their swift actions and support.

While such incidents can be unsettling, we must not allow fear to take root in our hearts. We will be celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, in a few days’ time. The heart of Christmas is a message of welcome and love. While we enhance security, our doors and our hearts must remain open. We must not let this incident diminish our spirit of hospitality or our joy. Let us remain vigilant yet prayerful, united in faith, gratitude, and peace.

We continue to pray for the individual involved, for the safety of our nation, and for a blessed, peaceful Christmas season for all.

In a spirit of prayer and community, we celebrated All Saints’ Day through the transfer of Mama Mary image for the Woodlands Block Rosary. This meaningful tradition reminds us that holiness can be lived in many ways — through faith, unity, and devotion to Our Blessed Mother. May this celebration inspire us to follow the example of the saints and bring Christ’s light into our homes and hearts. 🙏🌹
