*What a meaningful Youth Day celebration!*❤️

On 5 July (Sunday), our teens had the privilege of blessing the congregation with the song _Karthar Nam Sarbil_ and the skit, _Community is a Gift,_ during both the Tamil Service (8am) and Contemporary Service (11am).

On 11 July (Saturday) we continued the celebration with an unforgettable day of worship, fellowship, and fun! 🎉

We were encouraged by Sis Jasmitha who reminded us through her sharing that true faith is trusting God even when we cannot see the way ahead.

We wrapped up the day with laser tag, captain's ball, delicious food, laughter, and wonderful fellowship. 🙌

We thank God for His faithfulness and for a Youth Day filled with joy, friendship, and growing together in Christ. ❤️

SG61 – Building Beyond the Screen

We are grateful to share the successful completion of SG61 – Building Beyond the Screen.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to all participants, parents, speakers, judges, volunteers, sponsors, community partners, and supporters who made this event a meaningful success. Together, we welcomed over 100 participants for an inspiring afternoon of learning, discussion, and collaboration on responsible smartphone and social media use.

Through the poster presentations, TED-style talks, debates, and interactive activities, we hope participants have been inspired to become responsible digital citizens and continue these important conversations within their families, schools, and communities.

A special thank you to our valued partners and supporters, including *MCCY, Singapore Police Force, Pek Kio Community Centre, SHINE@SCAPE, Casuarina Curry, Raj Agro Trading, Family for Life, and everyone else who contributed to the success of this community initiative.

Thank you for being part of this journey. We look forward to future initiatives that continue to empower the next generation.

SG61-BUILDING BEYOND THE SCREEN

On Saturday, 1 August 2026, from 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm, at Parish Hall (Level 2).

This is a community outreach initiative organised by the Parish of Christ Church in partnership with Pek Kio Community (MOCA) to inspire young people to use technology wisely and responsibly. Through engaging Poster Presentations, TED Talks, and Debate Challenges, the event promotes critical thinking and meaningful dialogue while exploring the impact of smartphones and social media.

We encourage our congregation to bring young people to participate and join us!
