Thanksgiving is not only for what God has done, but also for who He is, what Christ has accomplished, and what we have in Him.

Reasons a Believer Should Be Grateful

✅For the gift of salvation
We have been saved by grace through faith in Christ.
Ephesians 2:8–9

✅For the forgiveness of sins
Through Christ, our sins have been forgiven, and we have redemption through His blood.
Ephesians 1:7

✅For the gift of eternal life
We have the assurance of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
John 3:16; Romans 6:23

✅For our new life in Christ
We are no longer who we used to be. In Christ, we are new creations.
2 Corinthians 5:17

✅For God's unfailing love
His love is constant, faithful, and everlasting.
Psalm 136:1

✅For God's daily provision
Every good gift ultimately comes from God, including the things we often take for granted.
James 1:17

Importance of Bible Study

1. It helps us know God – Through His Word, we understand God's character, love, and will for our lives (John 17:3).

2. It strengthens our faith – Faith grows as we hear and meditate on God's Word (Romans 10:17).

3. It guides our decisions – The Bible provides wisdom and direction for everyday living (Psalm 119:105).

4. It transforms our lives – God's Word renews our minds and shapes us to become more like Christ (Romans 12:2).

5. It equips us for every good work – Scripture teaches, corrects, and prepares us to live effectively for God (2 Timothy 3:16–17).

Study to show yourself approved unto God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. — 2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV)
