UNTIL JESUS ENTERS YOUR HEART, THERE ARE THINGS THAT WILL NEVER ENTER YOUR LIFE
‎
Revelation 3:20 - "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."
‎
Have you ever heard the song by Tope Alabi that says, "Eniti o ni o, ko ni nkankan"? The meaning is simple: Whoever does not have Jesus has nothing. There are many people today who believe they have no need for Jesus and want nothing to do with Him. If you are one of them, you are making the greatest mistake of your life.
‎
There are also people who think they already have everything they could ever need. They have money, influence, achievements, education, connections, and possessions. Yet, with all your getting, make sure you get Jesus, because until you get Jesus, you have not gotten anything that truly matters. In fact, if you do not have Jesus, the Bible says you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked—even if you do not realize it.

‎"And knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked." Revelation 3:17
‎
‎Ignorance of this truth is dangerous. Denial of this truth is even more dangerous. You may be in church and still not have Jesus in your heart. You may sit on the pew, stand on the pulpit, sing in the choir, serve as a worker, or even minister in His name; yet if Jesus is not truly living in you, heaven's verdict remains the same: poor, blind, and naked. Jesus Himself warned:

‎"Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?" Matthew 7:22
‎
‎Beloved, I woke up this morning with a burden in my heart for you. Do you truly have Jesus? Not church. Not religion. Not a title. Not a position. Do you have Jesus? ‎If you do not have Him, you have nothing yet.
‎Right now, Jesus is standing at the door of your heart and knocking. He desires to come in, but He will not force Himself on anyone. He is waiting for your invitation. He is waiting for your permission. Will you open the door to Him today?Hear Him once again:

‎"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." Revelation 3:20
‎
‎Until you open the door of your heart to Jesus, He cannot enter. And until He enters, there are blessings, revelations, privileges, and eternal treasures that cannot enter your life. Some doors remain shut because the Door Himself has not been welcomed in. Jesus is knocking today. Will you open the door?

‎Lord Jesus, I hear Your voice today. I open the door of my heart to You. Come into my life and make me Your own. Forgive all my sins, wash me with Your precious blood, and make me a new person. Dwell in me forever and help me to live for You all the days of my life. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

LET GOD HOLD YOUR HANDS

Isaiah 45:1 says "Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;"

‎Growing up as a little child, one of the things I enjoyed whenever I went out with my father, either to church or to the farm, was when he held my hand while we walked together. I remember when we needed to cross the river to the farm after it had overflowed its banks, he would carry me on his neck to help me cross safely. There is a joy, peace, comfort, and security you enjoy when you know that you are not walking alone.
‎
God knew how much you would need Him and depend on Him throughout your entire life. You do not get to a stage in life where you can truly say, "I have arrived; I do not need Him to hold me anymore." I have found that this mindset is the beginning of the downfall of many people today.
‎
As far as God is concerned, He is willing to carry you even to your old age and grey hairs. Does that mean you are not growing or that you are spiritually lazy? No. No matter how old you become, you will always need Him to hold you and even carry you.
‎
"And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you." Isaiah 46:4.
‎
Look at Cyrus. He was not an Israelite king, yet God specially chose and anointed him for a divine assignment. God said He would still hold his right hand. To be anointed is to be empowered and equipped to perform the extraordinary in life in line with a special purpose. Yet God said He was the One holding his right hand.
‎
Just as in his case, when God holds your hand, He subdues nations before you, loosens the loins of kings before you, opens before you the two-leaved gates, and your gates shall not be shut.
‎
That is massive! The question this morning is: Will you let Him hold you in His right hand and even carry you where necessary? He cannot do that without your willingness and cooperation. What does that mean? Follow His ways and His ideas for your life at every point in time.
‎
Whenever you are dealing with Him, deal with Him as a child would deal with his father. Let Him lead you into what He has prepared for you; that is where your open doors are. I see you stepping into a new season in Jesus' name.
