TOPIC: FOUNDATION OF LIFE

Every born again person has received the gift of righteousness. A righteous man is an everlasting foundation. The strength of every house lies in its foundation. The wind, floods and rain will fall on every house but only the house that has strong foundation will stand.

In life challenges are inevitable, what differentiate people is how they handle the challenges, which depends entirely on their foundation. Every test that you face is an opportunity to lift you to the next level in life, however, if the foundation of your life is not strong the same test can destroy you. How high you rise in life depends on the foundation that you have put in place.

1. The foundation of the Word of God
Acknowledge that you are a stranger on this earth and you need the direction of God's word to establish you. The word of God helps you to know what is right and wrong. It gives us the standard of living. When your life is founded on the word of God, you can build your marriage, finances, career, academics and you will succeed.

FACTS ABOUT THE WORD OF GOD
1. The word of God has integrity
The word of God can be trusted. It will always produces results consistence with what it says, it accomplishes all it says and will prosper everywhere. The word of God is eternal and it cannot fail.

TOPIC: CONFIDENCE IN GOD

When we pray we are confident that God hears and answers our prayers. The confidence is based on the faithfulness of God. Faithfulness is the Character of God that makes Him to remain the same at all the time.

The just live by faith because they know that God is faithful. Understanding that God is faithful makes you to trust on Him. The faithfulness of God does not allow Him to lie. When He releases the Word, He watches to see that the Word should be fulfilled. Sometimes the word may seem delay but hold fast to it.

God is royal to his Word and his covenant with people. It does not matter where you are, what you do and who you are, the word of God must prosper in your life because He is the faithful God.

TOPIC: COMMITMENT

It is a state of being bound to a course of action even in difficult and time of adversity. It means to dedicate oneself to achieve a specific goal. People start things but it takes a great commitment to finish to the end. Some people are good at quitting everything especially when it is challenging. Instability in one area leads to Instability in many other areas.

WHAT DOES COMMITMENT INVOLVES OR ENTAILS
1. Commitment is not about feeling
2. Commitment involves sacrifice
3. Commitment is realisation that in this world you will not find something that is 100 percent perfect
4. Commitment goes beyond merely being present but upholds value and love
5. Commitment demands treating people with respect or doing things with solidarity
6. Commitment trusts that solution will be found

AREAS TO BE COMMITTED
1. Be committed to God and His work
Be committed to know God and participate in His work. Be committed in serving God at all capacity. Serve God in soul winning, inviting people to church and publicity of church activities.
2. Be committed to your vision
Be committed to the vision that God has given you. It may take time to fulfil the vision but don't give up, do whatever it takes until it is done.
3. Be committed to your goals
Be committed to specific things that will help you to live a good life in different areas. Be committed to live in health, to do well in finances, in relationship and marriage and also in personal growth.

TOPIC: SEEKING GOD

The purpose of seeking God is to know Him, seeking God is not an option to a child of God. The moment you got born again you are suppose to come to the knowledgeof truth whereby you are suppose to know God. Knowing God is in levels, this is the reason we have to know God more. You will manifest God depending with the level you know Him. Great exploits is as a result of knowing God.

How to seek God
1. Through the word of God
God has revealed Himself through other people in the Scriptures, as you study the word you are able to know who God is. The Scriptures reveal the character and the power of God.

2. Through prayer
Prayer is not only for petitioning God, it is also a means to know God. Throughout the Scriptures alot of people priotise to know God in their conversation and God revealed Himself to them.

What happens when you seek God
1. He reveals himself as the father
God as the father has many attributes that as you seek Him, He manifests them and becomes real to you.

TOPIC: SEEKING GOD

People are looking for things that will satisfy them and in pursuit to be satisfied they seek for physical things, unfortunately physical things cannot satisfy a life of any person because a man is a Spirit. The only thing that can satisfy a life of a person is God.

Before a person gets born again, God will pursue a man by convicting you until you get born again. After that a person has to start seeking God to know Him and establish the relationship with Him. The more you seek God, your eyes are open to know Him more and increase the conviction of His reality in your life.

The goal of God is that we should be perfect and reach the stature of the fulness of Christ which can be attained as you seek God. As you seek God, his glory starts to manifest in your life and it continues to increase as you seek Him more. The reality of God starts manifesting in your life until everyone can see.

TOPIC: THANKSGIVING AND SEEDPLANTING

The kingdom of God operates by principles. Principles are universal and operate to every person. Both thanksgiving and seed planting are principles that work in the kingdom of God. Both principles result in multiplication.

It is the will of God that we should always thank Him. Thanksgiving should be done all the time regardless the situation and circumstances. Your life should not be defined by situation, as long as you are alive there is hope therefore live a life of thanksgiving.

Recognise that it is God that has brought you this far. It is not by human effort. Everytime you offer thanksgiving do it with joy. It is when you offer thanksgiving with joy that lead to multiplication. Don't live a life of complaining or worrying, instead find reasons to thank God.

Seedplanting and harvest is a principle that will always be there as along as the earth remains. One important thing about seed is that you can use your seed to create your spiritual environment for continued success. Seed is what guarantees the future.

When you sow a seed you may not know how and how long it will bring the harvest but one thing is for sure that the harvest will come. The harvest will always be more than the seed sown. The amount of seed sown will determine the amount of harvest you will get. When sowing a seed you may not be happy but the time of harvest you will rejoice.

Wealth is built by wisdom. Wisdom is principal thing for one to build everything in life. People of this world are regarded as wise because they know to take advantage of things that will help them to do well in finances including corruption, theft and witchdoctors. For Christians Jesus Christ is our advantage. For Christ has become both wisdom and power of God to help us in finances. Understand that money is very important for the child of God because it enhances the agenda of God. When you align with the agenda of God, God will help you to prosper financially and you must always remember Him.

TOPIC: THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT: JOY

Pastor Blessings continues to talk about the fruit of the spirit and today he focused on joy. Joy is a deep, enduring state of well-being, contentment, and satisfaction that transcends circumstances. Joy is not a feeling, it does not come from the situation or circumstances, it comes from the relationship with Jesus Christ. Happiness on other hands depends on circumstances, It is an outward manifestation of joy. The word of God assures us that in this world we shall have tribulation, challenges or negative situations but we must respond with joy for Jesus has overcome them. Always we must maintain the Joy regardless the circumstances.

What Joy can do
1. Joy heals
2. Joy brings divine strength
3. Joy gives access to revelation
4. Joy brings an increase
