한국외대 장모네 EU센터(HUFS Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence)는 리투아니아 비타우타스 마그누스 대학교(Vytautas Magnus University) 경제경영학부 에벨리나 사비츠카이테-카즐라우스케(Evelina Savickaitė-Kazlauskė) 조교수를 초청해 유럽 민주주의 전환과 글로벌 조직 행동론을 주제로 연속 특강을 개최했다.
이번 특강은 일주일간 총 4회에 걸쳐 진행됐으며, 약 380명의 한국외대 학생들이 참여해 리투아니아의 민주주의 발전 과정과 글로벌 경영 트렌드에 대한 심도 있는 논의를 함께했다.
강연에서는 ‘리투아니아 민주주의 전환에서 유럽적 귀속감의 역할’과 ‘소련 통치에서 유럽으로의 가파른 등반: 리투아니아의 민주적 회복 탄력성’을 주제로, 리투아니아가 소련 체제를 극복하고 EU 회원국으로 자리잡기까지의 역사적·정치적 경험을 조명했다.
이어 ‘Survive or Thrive: Positive Organisational Behaviour in a Global World’를 주제로 한 강연에서는 급변하는 글로벌 환경 속에서 조직과 개인의 지속가능한 성장 전략과 긍정적 조직 행동론에 대한 실질적 통찰을 제시했다.
한국외대 장모네 EU센터는 앞으로도 세계 유수 대학의 연구자들을 초청해 학생들이 글로벌 정책 흐름과 국제적 의제를 폭넓게 이해할 수 있는 학술 교류의 장을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

The HUFS Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence hosted a special lecture series featuring Professor Evelina Savickaitė-Kazlauskė from the Faculty of Economics and Management at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania.
Held across four sessions over one week, the series brought together approximately 380 HUFS students to explore Europe’s democratic transformation and contemporary global organizational behavior.
The lectures examined Lithuania’s transition from Soviet rule to a democratic EU member state through sessions including “The Role of European Belonging in Lithuania’s Democracy Transformation” and “Democratic Resilience in Lithuania: the Steep Climb from Soviet Rule to Europe.”
In the final sessions, titled “Survive or Thrive: Positive Organisational Behaviour in a Global World,” Professor Savickaitė-Kazlauskė discussed practical strategies for sustainable organizational growth and individual resilience in rapidly changing global environments.
Through this lecture series, students gained valuable insight into Lithuania’s political and economic transformation while engaging with current trends in global management and organizational studies.
The HUFS Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence will continue to invite distinguished international scholars to foster academic exchange and broaden students’ understanding of global policy issues and international research trends.

한국외대 장모네 EU센터, 최희영 강사 초청 ‘유럽 vs 한국 이주-개발 연계 모델’ 비교 분석 세미나 개최

한국외대 장모네 EU센터(HUFS Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence)는 지난 5월 20일 국제관 111호에서 최희영 강사(건설기술교육원)를 초청해 ‘Comparative Analysis: EU Migration Development Nexus vs. Korean Model’을 주제로 학술 세미나를 개최했다.
이번 세미나는 EU가 구축해 온 ‘이주와 개발의 연계(Migration-Development Nexus)’ 정책을 심층적으로 분석하고, 급격한 인구구조 변화 속에서 새로운 전환점을 맞이한 한국 사회의 이주 모델을 비교·논의하기 위해 마련됐다.
최희영 강사는 EU가 이주민의 역량과 디아스포라 자원을 발신국 발전과 연계해 온 다양한 정책 사례를 소개했으며, 한국이 지속가능한 다문화 사회로 나아가기 위해 필요한 ‘한국형 이주-개발 모델’의 방향성과 과제를 제시했다.
김봉철 장모네 EU센터 소장은 “EU의 경험과 한국 사회의 현실을 함께 분석한 매우 시의적절한 논의였다”며 “앞으로도 장모네 EU센터는 유럽과 한국을 잇는 글로벌 학술 플랫폼으로서 국제적 정책 의제에 대한 연구와 교육 활동을 지속해 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.

The HUFS Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence hosted an academic seminar on May 20 at the HUFS International Building under the theme “Comparative Analysis: EU Migration Development Nexus vs. Korean Model,” featuring Choi Hee-young, lecturer at the Korea Institute of Construction Technology Education.
The seminar explored the European Union’s long-established “Migration-Development Nexus” framework and examined how South Korea’s migration model is evolving amid rapid demographic and social change.
During the session, Choi introduced various EU policy mechanisms that connect migrants’ capacities and diaspora resources with the development of their home countries. She also discussed the current challenges and future direction of a sustainable Korean migration-development model in the context of an increasingly multicultural society.
Professor Bongchul Kim, Director of the HUFS Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, emphasized the significance of the discussion, noting that comparing the EU’s accumulated experience with Korea’s unique social environment offers timely and meaningful academic insight. He added that the Centre will continue to serve as a global academic platform connecting Europe and Korea through research and education on major international policy issues.

한국외국어대학교 장모네 EU센터(센터장 김봉철 교수)와 부산외국어대학교 특수외국어교육사업단(단장 이미지 교수)은 유럽 지역 연구와 특수외국어 교육 분야의 상호 협력을 강화하기 위해 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하였다. 양 기관은 지난 5월 4일 오후 4시 부산외국어대학교에서 협약식을 갖고 전략적 파트너십을 구축하기로 합의하였다.
두 기관은 이번 협약을 바탕으로 공동 학술회의와 학술 세미나를 개최하며 학술적 교류를 본격화하기로 하였다. 또한 기관 운영 및 연구에 필요한 업무 자료를 공유하고, 특수외국어와 관련된 다양한 교육 및 연구 활동에서도 긴밀히 협업하기로 하였다.

The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (Director Bongchul Kim) and the Center for Critical Foreign Languages Education at Busan University of Foreign Studies (Director Mi-ji Lee) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to bolster cooperation in European studies and critical foreign language education. The signing ceremony took place at Busan University of Foreign Studies on May 4 at 4:00 PM, marking the start of a new strategic partnership between the two institutions.
Under this agreement, both centers will launch a series of joint academic conferences and seminars to drive active scholarly exchange. The collaboration also includes sharing administrative and research resources, alongside close cooperation on various educational and research initiatives specifically focused on critical foreign languages.
Director Bongchul Kim and Director Mi-ji Lee noted that this partnership serves as a vital bridge between European regional expertise and specialized language capabilities. Moving forward, both institutions plan to implement practical cooperation programs aimed at fostering global talent and advancing the field of area studies.

한국외국어대학교 장모네 EU센터는 2026년 4월 24일 국립부경대학교 아람홀에서 (사)한국유럽학회 주관 「2026년 춘계학술대회 II: 유럽연구 지평의 확대」를 공동 개최하였다.
이번 학술대회는 지정학적 갈등, 에너지 안보, 기후변화, 글로벌 공급망 재편 등 전환기 속 유럽연구의 새로운 방향을 모색하기 위해 마련되었다. 정치·경제·사회·문화·안보를 아우르는 통합적 접근으로 글로벌 거버넌스, 규범 권력, 산업·기술 경쟁 등 주요 이슈를 논의하였다.
개회식에서는 안상욱 회장, 김시홍 전 소장, 김현태 학장의 발언이 이어졌다.
기획강연에서 김시홍 전 소장은 「한-EU 관계: 역사적 궤적과 전망」을 발표하며 한-EU 관계의 발전과 국제질서 변화 속 협력의 전략적 중요성을 강조하고, 에너지 전환·공급망·안보 등 주요 분야의 협력 방향을 제시하였다.
논의에서는 유럽통합의 민주적 결핍, NATO–IP4 협력, 지역균형발전, 리스본 조약, 중동부유럽 진출 기업, 감정의 정치학, 북한의 대서유럽 접근, 문화유산과 산업, 에너지 민주주의 등이 다루어졌으며, 이하얀 부소장이 토론자로 참여하였다.
이번 학술대회는 학계·정책·산업 전문가들이 참여한 학제 간 논의의 장으로, 유럽연구의 확장과 정책적 활용 가능성을 제시하고 한-EU 협력 방향을 모색하는 계기가 되었다.

The Jean Monnet EU Centre at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies co-hosted the “2026 Spring Conference II: Expanding the Horizons of European Studies” on April 24, 2026, at Pukyong National University.
The conference explored new directions for European studies amid geopolitical conflicts, energy security challenges, climate change, and global supply chain shifts, addressing key issues such as global governance, normative power, and technological competition through an integrated approach across politics, economy, society, culture, and security.
Opening remarks were delivered by Sangwuk Ahn, Sihong Kim, and Hyuntae Kim.
In the planning lecture, Sihong Kim presented “Korea–EU Relations: Historical Trajectories and Prospects,” emphasizing the strategic importance of cooperation and outlining key areas including energy transition, supply chains, and security.
Discussions covered European integration, NATO–IP4 cooperation, regional development, the Lisbon Treaty, Korean firms in Central and Eastern Europe, the politics of emotion, North Korea–Western Europe relations, cultural heritage and industry, and energy democracy. Hayann Lee, Deputy Director, participated as a discussant.
The conference brought together experts from academia, policy, and industry, highlighting the expansion of European studies and its policy relevance while exploring Korea–EU cooperation.

장모네 EU센터, ‘한-EU 과학기술 생태계 조성 전문가 포럼’ 개최

한국외국어대학교 장모네 EU센터와 EURAXESS Korea는 2026년 4월 24일 금요일 오전 9시 30분, 광운대학교 80주년기념관에서 ‘한-EU 과학기술 생태계 조성 전문가 포럼’을 공동으로 개최하였다.
이번 포럼은 Tomasz Wierzbowski(EURAXESS Korea 대표)의 축사로 문을 열었다. 그는 한-EU 간 과학기술 협력의 중요성을 짚으며, 연구자 교류 확대와 공동 연구 기반 구축이 양 지역의 혁신 역량을 끌어올리는 데 핵심적인 역할을 할 것이라고 강조했다.
이어진 세션에서는 인공지능(AI), 데이터 분석, 의료 네트워크, 스포츠 산업 등 다양한 분야의 전문가들이 참여해 유럽의 연구 사례와 국내 적용 가능성을 중심으로 논의를 이어갔다.

신동화 교수(광운대학교)는 유럽 연구기관 사례를 토대로 Origin-Destination(OD) 데이터 시각화 기술의 흐름을 소개하며, 교통·물류·인구 이동 분석 등 다양한 영역으로의 확장 가능성을 보여주었다.
노미란 대표(에이투지스포츠)는 유럽의 스포츠 데이터 기반 연구개발(R&D) 사례를 살펴보며, 스포츠·헬스·관광을 결합한 지역 성장 모델을 하나의 대안으로 제시했다.
또한 한국외국어대학교 장모네 EU센터의 이하얀 부소장은 한-EU 간 학술 및 지역 협력의 의미를 환기시키고, 유럽 사례를 바탕으로 향후 협력의 방향을 전망했다.

Jean Monnet EU Centre Hosts “Korea–EU Science and Technology Ecosystem Forum”

The Jean Monnet EU Centre at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, in collaboration with EURAXESS Korea, co-hosted the “Korea–EU Science and Technology Ecosystem Forum” on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 9:30 AM in the 80th Anniversary Hall of Kwangwoon University.
The forum opened with a congratulatory address by Tomasz Wierzbowski, Head of EURAXESS Korea. He underscored the importance of Korea–EU cooperation in science and technology, emphasizing that expanding researcher mobility and strengthening the foundation for joint research will play a key role in enhancing the innovation capacity of both regions.
The sessions that followed brought together experts from diverse fields—including artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, healthcare networks, and the sports industry—who explored European research cases and their potential applications in Korea.
Park Tae-jung, Professor in the Department of Digital Software Engineering at Duksung Women’s University, outlined the evolution of large language models (LLMs) and the technological transition leading to ChatGPT, highlighting key debates surrounding AI creativity and its relationship to human intelligence.
Song Hyun-joo, Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Soongsil University, presented an analysis of inter-hospital networks based on stroke patient transfer data, offering a data-driven perspective on the future of healthcare delivery systems.
Shin Donghwa, Professor in the School of Computer and Information Engineering at Kwangwoon University, introduced the development of Origin-Destination (OD) data visualization techniques based on European research cases, demonstrating their applicability across domains such as transportation, logistics, and population mobility analysis.
Noh Mi-ran, CEO of AtoZ Sports, examined Europe’s data-driven sports R&D ecosystem and proposed a regional growth model integrating sports, healthcare, and tourism.
In addition, Lee Hayann, Deputy Director of the Jean Monnet EU Centre at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, highlighted the significance of Korea–EU academic and regional collaboration and outlined future directions for cooperation based on European case studies.
This forum provided a meaningful platform for identifying practical points of convergence in Korea–EU science and technology cooperation through interdisciplinary dialogue. By sharing data-driven research and industry applications, it offered valuable implications for expanding joint research initiatives and fostering regional innovation ecosystems.

한국외국어대학교 장모네 EU센터(센터장 김봉철)는 EU연구소 발트연구센터와 함께 4월 14일 타넬 셉(Tanel Sepp) 주한에스토니아대사를 초청해 ‘Estonia: the Nordic tiger’를 주제로 특강을 개최했다. 이번 강연은 총 3회로 기획된 프로그램 ‘On the Frontline of Freedom: 발트 3국 외교관이 전하는 새로운 유럽 질서’의 두 번째 행사로, 발트 3국에 관심 있는 학생과 일반 시민들이 참석해 발트 지역의 전략적 가치와 연구적 의미를 재확인하는 자리가 되었다.
김봉철 센터장은 환영사에서 에스토니아는 규모는 작지만 유럽의 새로운 질서를 이끌어가는 중대한 역할을 하고 있다며 강연의 의미를 소개했다.
이어 타넬 셉 대사는 인구 대비 최다 유니콘 기업을 배출한 에스토니아의 스타트업 생태계, 세계 최초의 전자선거 실시, 전자시민권(e-Residency) 제도, 블록체인 기반의 정부 행정 시스템 등 에스토니아 ICT 혁신의 배경과 성과를 상세히 설명했다. 강연 후에는 에스토니아의 AI 교육 실태, 한국인의 에스토니아 시장 진출 가능성과 스타트업 비자 제도 등 다양한 주제로 질의응답과 토론이 활발하게 이어졌다.
한편, 오는 4월 28일 오후 6시에는 서울캠퍼스 인문관 1211호 강의실에서 본 프로그램의 마지막 강연으로 주한리투아니아대사관 알리나 부르라우스카이테(Alina Burauskaite) 공사가 참여해 ‘Discover Lithuania: History, Culture and Modern Identity’를 주제로 하는 특강이 진행될 예정이다.

◼ Highlighting the Value of the Baltic Region and ICT Innovation under the Theme “Estonia: the Nordic Tiger”
The Jean Monnet EU Centre (Director: Bongchul Kim) at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, in collaboration with the Baltic Research Center of the Institute of EU Studies, hosted a special lecture on April 14 by H.E. Tanel Sepp, Ambassador of Estonia to the Republic of Korea, under the theme “Estonia: the Nordic Tiger.”
This lecture was the second event in the three-part series titled “On the Frontline of Freedom: A New European Order as Delivered by Baltic Diplomats.” Students and members of the public with an interest in the Baltic states attended, making it an opportunity to reaffirm the strategic importance and academic relevance of the Baltic region.

In his welcoming remarks, Director Bongchul Kim noted that although Estonia is small in size, it plays a significant role in shaping the new European order, underscoring the importance of the lecture.
Ambassador Tanel Sepp then provided an in-depth overview of Estonia’s ICT innovation, including its startup ecosystem—home to the highest number of unicorn companies per capita in the world—the implementation of the world’s first nationwide e-voting system, the e-Residency program, and a blockchain-based government administrative system.
Following the lecture, an active Q&A session and discussion took place, covering a wide range of topics such as the current state of AI education in Estonia, opportunities for Koreans to enter the Estonian market, and the startup visa program.
Meanwhile, the final lecture of the series will be held on April 28 at 6:00 PM in Room 1211 of the Humanities Building on the Seoul Campus. Alina Burauskaite, Minister-Counsellor at the Embassy of Lithuania to the Republic of Korea, will deliver a lecture titled “Discover Lithuania: History, Culture and Modern Identity.”

2026년 4월 15일, 주한 유럽연합(EU) 대표부의 우고 아스투토 대사는 한국외국어대학교 장모네 EU센터 김시홍 전임 소장과 김봉철 소장과 면담을 갖고 향후 협력 방향과 주요 공동사업에 대해 의견을 교환했다.
이번 면담에서는 인공지능(AI) 및 사이버 이슈 등 최신 EU 정책 현안과 관련한 학술 협력 가능성이 논의되었으며, 대표부 차원의 세미나 개최를 포함한 다양한 공동 학술행사 추진 방안에 대해 폭넓은 공감대가 형성되었다.
또한 Model European Union 프로그램 운영 경험을 바탕으로 향후 발전 방향을 모색하고, 학생뿐 아니라 일반 청중의 참여를 확대하는 보다 개방적인 행사로 발전시킬 필요성에 대해서도 의견을 나누었다.
이와 함께 European Alumni 네트워크 구축 필요성과 에라스무스 프로그램 활용 확대 방안이 논의되었으며, 학생 및 연구자 교류를 넘어 듀얼 디그리 등 제도화된 협력 프로그램으로 발전할 가능성도 함께 검토되었다.

On April 15, 2026, the EU Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, Ugo Astuto, met with Professor Kim Si-hong and Professor Kim Bong-chul of the Jean Monnet EU Centre at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) to discuss future cooperation and key joint initiatives.
The meeting explored opportunities for academic collaboration on major EU policy issues, including artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity. Both sides also exchanged views on organizing joint seminars and expanding a range of collaborative academic events.
They further discussed the development of the Model European Union program, highlighting the need to broaden participation beyond students and foster more inclusive and publicly engaging formats.
In addition, the discussion covered the establishment of a European Alumni network and ways to enhance the use of the Erasmus program. Potential avenues for more structured cooperation, such as dual degree programs, were also considered.
Both sides agreed to further strengthen cooperation by expanding EU-related academic activities and youth engagement programs, and by deepening institutional collaboration between the EU Delegation and the university.

장모네 EU센터·EU연구소 발트연구센터, 주한 라트비아 대사 초청 특강 개최
한국외국어대학교 장모네 EU센터·EU연구소 발트연구센터는 3월 31일, 주한 라트비아 대사 야니스 베르진슈를 초청해 “Latvia Unveiled, So Surprising It Sounds Like an April Fool’s Joke”를 주제로 특강을 개최했다.
이번 특강은 ‘On the Frontline of Freedom: 발트 3국 외교관이 전하는 새로운 유럽 질서’ 프로그램의 첫 번째 강연으로, 라트비아의 역사와 발전, 그리고 유럽 내 역할을 조명하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
베르진슈 대사는 라트비아의 기술 혁신 사례와 함께, 한국과의 역사적 연결고리도 소개했다. 아관파천 당시 고종에게 임시 거처를 제공한 카를 베베르와 한국전에 참전한 라트비아 군인 이야기를 통해 청중의 관심을 이끌었다.
강연 이후에는 ICT 산업 발전, 대러시아 관계, 국가 정책 등을 중심으로 활발한 질의응답이 이어졌다.
한편, 본 프로그램은 4월 14일 주한 에스토니아 대사 초청 강연, 4월 28일 주한 리투아니아 공사 초청 강연으로 이어질 예정이다.

HUFS Jean Monnet EU Centre and Institute of EU Studies Baltic Centre Host Special Lecture by Latvian Ambassador to Korea
The HUFS Jean Monnet EU Centre and the Institute of EU Studies Baltic Centre hosted a special lecture on March 31, inviting H.E. Mr. Jānis Bērziņš, Ambassador of Latvia to the Republic of Korea. The lecture was titled “Latvia Unveiled, So Surprising It Sounds Like an April Fool’s Joke.”
This lecture marked the first session of the series “On the Frontline of Freedom: Baltic Diplomats on the New European Order,” focusing on Latvia’s history, development, and its role in Europe.
Ambassador Jānis Bērziņš introduced Latvia’s technological innovations and also highlighted historical connections between Latvia and Korea. He drew particular attention to Karl Waeber, who provided refuge to King Gojong during the Agwan Pacheon, as well as Latvian soldiers who participated in the Korean War.
The lecture was followed by an active Q&A session covering topics such as ICT development, relations with Russia, and national policy.
The program will continue with upcoming lectures by the Ambassador of Estonia on April 14 and the Chargé d’Affaires of Lithuania on April 28.

한국외대 장모네 EU센터, 「위기 속의 유럽」 세미나 개최
한국외국어대학교 장모네 EU센터는 4월 1일, 불가리아 소피아대학교의 디아나 페트로바 교수를 초청하여 「위기 속의 유럽」을 주제로 세미나를 개최했다.
이번 세미나는 난민 위기, 브렉시트, 팬데믹 등 복합적 압박 속에서 변화하는 유럽의 정체성과 정치적 변천을 진단하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
페트로바 교수는 2015년 이후 지속된 난민 유입과 이에 대응하는 신 이주·비호 협정의 추진 현황을 분석하며 회원국 간 갈등 양상을 설명했다. 또한 브렉시트 이후 심화된 국가 주권 논쟁과 약 8,000억 유로 규모의 넥스트제너레이션EU 기금을 통한 녹색·디지털 전환의 성과와 한계를 함께 짚었다.
특히 우크라이나 전쟁 이후 대러 제재 과정에서 나타난 회원국 간 이견과 극우 민족주의의 부상을 주요 쟁점으로 다루었다.
아울러 유럽 내부의 불확실성에도 불구하고 시민의 74%가 여전히 EU의 유익함을 지지하고 있다는 점이 강조되었으며, 이번 세미나는 유럽연합이 고정된 체제가 아닌 변화와 갈등 속에서 지속적으로 진화하는 정치적 프로젝트임을 확인하는 계기가 되었다.

The HUFS Jean Monnet EU Centre hosted a seminar titled “Europe in Times of Crisis” on April 1, inviting Prof. Diana Petrova from Sofia University, Bulgaria.
The seminar examined the changing identity and political transformation of Europe amid multiple pressures, including the refugee crisis, Brexit, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prof. Petrova analyzed the influx of refugees since 2015 and the progress of the New Pact on Migration and Asylum, highlighting the resulting tensions among EU member states. She also addressed the growing debates on national sovereignty following Brexit and discussed both the achievements and limitations of the €800 billion NextGenerationEU initiative for green and digital transition.
Particular attention was given to disagreements among member states over sanctions against Russia following the war in Ukraine, as well as the rise of far-right nationalism.
Despite ongoing uncertainties within Europe, the seminar noted that 74% of citizens still view the EU as beneficial, underscoring the idea that the European Union remains a dynamic and evolving political project shaped by both support and resistance.

한국외대 장모네 EU센터, 태국 KPI와 업무협약(MOU) 체결
한국외국어대학교 장모네 EU센터(센터장 김봉철)는 지난 3월 30일, 서울캠퍼스 본관 스카이라운지에서 태국 The King Prajadhipok’s Institute(KPI)와 민주주의 및 거버넌스 증진을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 상호 호혜를 기반으로 협력과 지식 교류를 촉진하고, 양 기관의 공동 이익을 위해 연구 및 교육의 지평을 확장하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약식에는 양 기관 주요 관계자들이 참석해 공동연구 및 상호협력 방향에 대해 논의했으며, 민주주의 및 거버넌스를 중심으로 한 학술 교류 확대 방안과 기존 연구의 연계 가능성에 대해 의견을 교환했다.
양 기관은 향후 공동 및 비교 연구, 학술 성과 공동 출판, 세미나 및 학술대회 개최 등 다양한 분야에서 협력을 추진할 예정이다.
HUFS Jean Monnet EU Centre Signs MOU with Thailand’s KPI
The HUFS Jean Monnet EU Centre (Director: Kim Bong-chul) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The King Prajadhipok’s Institute (KPI) on March 30 at the Seoul Campus.
The agreement aims to promote democracy and governance by fostering cooperation and knowledge exchange, while expanding the scope of research and education for the mutual benefit of both institutions.
The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from both institutions, who discussed directions for joint research and academic collaboration. They also exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in democracy and governance and linking ongoing research initiatives.
Under this agreement, the two institutions plan to collaborate in various areas, including joint and comparative research, co-publication of academic outputs, and the organization of seminars and academic conferences.
