Pray for the land. As you get the land, pray for the springs. Achsah prayed for the springs, Caleb gave lower and upper springs. Can we do the same? Watch and learn from Achsah, she knew the father, his capability, and his walk with his God. We know God the Father, we can ask. He tells as ASK, SEEK. Amen

Wanaume tumefikiwa! Husbands,
Have you ever stayed in the same house with your wife… but spiritually you are only a tenant?

In 1 Peter 3:7, the Bible says: “Husbands, likewise, LIVE WITH THEM...”
Not just “visit them after football.” Not just replying “ok” after 7 business days.

This Bible Study became dangerous very quickly! We discussed husbands who communicate with grunts, wives asking “Are you listening?”, and why some prayers are still on “pending approval” in heaven. It is not only powers in heavenly that hinder prayers, our relationship with your wife can! haiya!

If you have ever survived the sentence “We need to talk,” then this study is for you.

Watch the full Bible Study recording and discover what the Word truly teaches about marriage, understanding, honor, and living together with wisdom and grace. Powerful. Practical. Hilarious. Prophetic.

WHAT A GLORIOUS SUNDAY IN GOD’S PRESENCE!

Last Sunday, we began our day in powerful morning prayers, lifting our lives, families, and future before the Lord, programming our destiny through prayer and speaking to God with faith. Rev Mary Joe and the worship team led us into a deep atmosphere of intercession, and we declared boldly that we are candidates for miracles. Indeed, wait upon the Lord — He is doing a great thing among us!

Our Bible Study continued in the book of 1 Peter Chapter 3, focusing on verse 7, taught slowly yet powerfully by Rev Joe Mwangi Wamuga. The Scripture teaches husbands to live with their wives in understanding, showing honor, care, wisdom, and spiritual sensitivity, recognizing them as fellow heirs of the grace of life, so that their prayers may not be hindered. It was a rich reminder that marriage is not merely coexistence, but a covenant of love, honor, patience, and spiritual unity.

At 11am, our Celebration Service began with glorious praise and worship, followed by a life-changing Word titled: “Be Extravagant When Asking.”

We reflected on the story of Achsah in Judges 1:12–15. Caleb was a man with a different spirit — a faithful servant of God who wholly followed the Lord when others feared. While many doubted, Caleb believed God for the impossible and entered his promise with boldness and faith.

Caleb declared that whoever conquered the city of Debir would receive his daughter Achsah in marriage. Othniel, the son of Caleb’s brother, conquered the city and was given Achsah as his wife. When Achsah received land from her father, she understood that land without water springs would become dry and unproductive. She boldly approached her father and asked for more — the upper springs and the lower springs — and Caleb granted her request.

What powerful revelation! Achsah teaches us not to settle for dry ground when heaven has springs available. We were reminded never to be shy in prayer. Pray for your children and their future. Pray for provision, health, wisdom, godly marriages, faithful partners, deeper love, fruitfulness, long life together, and spiritual increase. Ask boldly. Ask extravagantly. Our Father delights in giving good gifts to His children!

We prayed together with passion and expectation, and heaven moved on our behalf. We believe testimonies of monumental proportions are coming forth!

Today at Deliverance Church Umoja Lanet was a deeply enriching and prophetic experience from start to finish.

The day began with personal devotion, setting the tone for fellowship with God, followed by a powerful session of prayer led by Rev Mary Joe Mary Mwangi. We rose in authority to command the month of May, declaring that as kings and priests, we rule by decrees and declarations. We prayed in faith, fully persuaded that our God hears us, just as Jesus taught us to call upon our Father with confidence and assurance.

During the Bible Study, we resumed our journey through the book of 1 Peter, beginning at Chapter 3. The teaching on wives and submission was brought into a deeper spiritual perspective, reminding us that we, as the Church, are the Bride of Christ and are called to submit to Him as Lord. We reflected on the power of godly conduct, learning that some souls are won not by many words, but by consistent and Christ-like behavior. The emphasis on the hidden person of the heart challenged us to cultivate a gentle and quiet spirit, adorned with incorruptible beauty that is precious before God. This was both a call to inward transformation and outward expression of grace. Next Sunday, we continue with the message to husbands. Men are encouraged to come early and be part of this impactful session.

The programmer today was Sister Emily Nkirote.

The Celebration Service carried a strong prophetic atmosphere with the sermon titled “Sit Still, the Matter is Settled Today” drawn from Ruth 3:18 delivered by Rev Joe Mwangi Wamuga. The message revealed the roles of Naomi, Ruth, and Boaz in a powerful redemptive picture. Naomi represents guidance and spiritual covering, Ruth reflects the seeking and surrendered believer, while Boaz stands as the kinsman redeemer, a type of Christ. Ruth, once an outsider with no covenant, became part of God’s people through redemption. In the same way, we who were once not a people have been brought near through Christ. Boaz’s commitment to settle Ruth’s matter mirrors how Jesus is actively engaged in His Father’s business, ensuring that our redemption and restoration are complete. Just as Boaz would not rest until the matter was resolved, Christ does not abandon what concerns us.

The service concluded with thanksgiving and a strong declaration that the miracles beginning today will be of monumental proportion. May God honor your faith and act according to your expectation.

Today’s service was truly a divine encounter, full of grace, revelation, and the tangible move of God.

We began with powerful morning prayers led by Rev Mary Mary Joe, as she ministered and led us to pray for fresh Holy Ghost anointing—the kind that shifts a man from the wilderness to the palace, just as seen in the lives of David and Saul. It was a call to step into divine elevation through God’s power.

Our Bible Study session, facilitated by Minister Pauline Ndagi Poleen Buxton from the Children’s Ministry and well programmed by Teacher Lilian and Teacher Lucy, focused on “God of Second Chance.” Through the lives of Adam, Samson, and Peter, we were reminded that God restores, redeems, and repositions. Above all, we celebrated the gift of the Second Adam, sent for our salvation. The charge was clear: never waste your second chance.

In the Celebration Service, after an uplifting time of praise and worship by our worship team, the Word was delivered by Rev Joe Mwangi Wamuga in a powerful sermon titled “From the Edge to the Rock,” drawn from Psalms 61. When life overwhelms us, we are not called to give up, but to cry out for guidance—to be led to the Rock that is higher than us. That Rock is God Himself.

We also lifted a heartfelt prayer for all our children and staff as they prepare to reopen school this week, committing them into God’s protection, wisdom, and favor.

Hallelujah and glory to God for such a rich and impactful service!
