Are you passionate about leading people into God’s presence through music and worship? Breakthroughs Church in Strood, Kent, is seeking a spirit-filled, dedicated, and talented Worship Lead to guide our worship ministry and inspire our congregation.

*About the Role*
As the Worship Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the musical and spiritual worship environment of our church services and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead congregational worship during Sunday services and special gatherings.
* Plan and select uplifting, biblically sound worship music.
* Conduct rehearsals and mentor church musicians and vocalists.
* Collaborate with church leadership to align worship themes with message series.
What We Are Looking For:
* A vibrant personal faith in Jesus Christ and a heart for worship ministry.
* Strong vocal and/or instrumental skills (e.g., keyboard or guitar).
* Ability to lead, encourage, and build a worship team.
* Good communication and organizational skills.

Relying on the Holy Spirit to navigate life and avoid mistakes.

Whenever He’s around, He will tell you only the truth.

​We live in a world where things change rapidly, but God’s truth remains absolute.

It doesn't matter what year it is or what the current trends say. If it isn't aligned with the Word of God, it isn't the truth and ​the beautiful part?

We don’t have to guess our way through life. In John 16:13, we are promised that the Spirit of Truth will guide us into all truths and tell us of things to come.

When you allow the Holy Spirit to lead you, He acts as your divine GPS saying "redirect, redirect, redirect" whenever you start to wander off course.

He knows everything we are doing and protects us from making critical mistakes.

​Let’s commit to listening more closely to His promptings today, even when He gently tells us to say sorry or adjust our hearts.
