Nothing to do on Saturday? Why not come along to THe Salvation Army in Strood for our Bag a Bargain Morning at 10.30am or the first Afternoon Tea Party of 2026. Only £1 to fill a bag FULL of bargains. Then stay or alternately come at 2pm for a lovely Afternoon Tea, only £5 per person.

There's all sorts to find and a proper afternoon tea can help bring in spring for everyone.

This year for Holy Week we're unpacking the Easter box, literally. Everyone who came on Palm Sunday received a small box with a different verse and symbol, with a small clay 'Jesus' to represent a part of the Easter Journey... yesterday we had a Palm leaf for Palm Sunday... and today we had some bread to put on the table in the box remembering the last supper. Feel free to upload pictures of your own holy week journey.
