The secret to your breakthrough...

We all want something from God. But what if we put aside out needs and just delight in God by obeying him. Do you not think he will give us all we need?

Be still and know....
God calls us to trust in him and let him fight our battles. But we worry because we do not trust God to do it. Learn to be still before God.

Last Sunday, across both services, Pastor Mark Barford started our new sermon series, Grace — The Thread Through the Bible.

Looking at Adam and Eve, we were reminded that God responds to our failures with love and grace.

Key takeaways:

* God’s grace is a gift — receive it, don’t try to earn it.
* Our failures have consequences, but God offers restoration through Jesus.
* Shame doesn’t define us — walk in God’s forgiveness.
* Show others the same grace and compassion God shows us.

God is for us, not against us. His grace is greater than our failures!

Why is it hard to believe God's word sometimes?

The message of the Gospel is so simple that we find it hard to believe and act on it. Will you believe that God's word alone is enough? 2 Kings 5:13

Where do I start?

We might not be able to reach the 3000 like Peter in Acts 2, but we can share Jesus with the one person that's already in our life. Today, let's start with that one. Acts 2:41 Mark 5:16
