~ Weekend Recap ~

On Saturday our ladies went west to do some shopping and then visit a spa. Our guys went east to do some Battle Kart racing and share a meal together.

On Sunday Pastor Jeff shared about Phorgiveness and Phellowship from the book of Philemon...the "ph" spelling was on purpose and part of his Dad joke humor.

We also said goodbye to TJ, our Media guy and Young Adults leader. He will be missed, but we are so thankful he is joing the Army and will continue to serve those around him!

And, Praise the Lord...another baptism this week! So thankful for new life in Christ!

This past Sunday Pastor Jeff preached about 2 Peter chapter 3, wrapping up his series on "Rememberance and Warnings".

While reiterating Peter's message to us, he shared that, "Scoffers and false teachers are essentially two sides of the same coin: both will try to twist God’s Word, if they can, either to profit from it personally or to ridicule it into ineffectuality, and both are hallmarks of lawlessness, literally “without the Law,” God’s Holy Scriptures."

Following service we had several people share about how Paul and Lori had impacted their lives in their time at True Life and then enjoyed an incredible potluck meal together. We love our True Life KMC family!

Peter basically gave us a step-by-step ToDo list on how to pursue holiness based on FAITH - without faith, it would be impossible but with God, all things are possible! 🙌🏻

Easter 2026 at True Life KMC was a time of Worship, Celebration, and New Life in Christ!

We had an incredible joint worship night with City Mission Kaiserslautern e.V. (CMK) on Good Friday followed by a Glow in the Dark Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday that reached out into the local community in an impressive way. On Sunday morning we prepared our hearts for baptism with 6 individuals who were raised to new life after our Easter Sunday service.

So many new faces, so much love and grace, True Life KMC is many people's home away from home. Come and check us out, we'd love to have you!

We would love to have you come out and join us for our Good Friday Worship Service, a Glow in the Dark Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, and then an Easter service and Water Baptisms on Easter Sunday. We'll also have our Women going to the Homemade Craft Fair on Ramstein on Saturday the 11th and our Men will be doing a Spring Hike on Saturday the 18th.

So thankful for an amazing group of volunteers that puts their faith into action and serves one another and the church in their free time.

We put up ceiling fans and updated wiring, cleaned chairs and carpets and ceilings and windows, thoroughly cleaned out the kitchen, emptied out and reorganized storage, redecorated for the spring...it was a full Spring Clean Up and everything looks so good!

So excited for the beginning of Holy Week and the celebration of Easter soon!

The passing of the mantle from Pastor Paul to Pastor Jeff happened today at True Life KMC.

We are so very thankful for the years of leadership by Paul and Lori and look forward to what is to come with Jeff and Alisha!

May His name ever be lifted up!
