Lama Ole’s 85th birthday

On Mar 19th Lama Ole celebrated his 85th birthday.
A few hundred friends from all over the world came to the Europe Center to congratulate and show their thankfulness.
His Holiness the 17th Karmapa Thaye Dorje, H.E the 4th Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche and the venerable Nedo Kuchung Rinpoche sent greetings. They all expressed their gratitude of our Lama Ole’s incredible achievements thus appreciating his never ending activities following the wishes of the 16th Karmapa in spreading the dharma.
For more than 5 decades Lama Ole travelled around the world twice every year spreading the teachings of the dharma. He reached innumerable of students, and founded about 600 centers on all continents.
